Unsatisfactory Product Quality and Customer Service
In June 2023, I purchased a Mozart Serie 7 Boxspringbett, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Product Quality:
The quality of the bed & the topper are disappointing. It began showing signs of wear and tear much sooner than expected. Specifically, the sagging and lack of firmness have made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.
Customer Service:
Equally disheartening is the poor customer service I've encountered. After reporting the issues, the response has been extremely slow, with little to no progress made in addressing the concerns. Despite providing all requested information and photos promptly, there has been a lack of communication and a failure to offer a viable solution.
Conclusion:
My overall experience with Mozart has been disappointing, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from this company.
I had high expectations based on their promises, but unfortunately, the reality has fallen far short. It's crucial for consumers to be aware of these issues to make informed decisions.

I got the Mozart Bett 5
I got the Mozart Bett 5. Let’s start with the website experience. It was really good, very customizable. The bed is great, although I wanted the Mozart Bett 7, but price wise was a bit too much.
Everything was delivered one week after the estimation, but the delivery was flawless. Easy to assemble with video instructions.
The comfort is also very high. I’m still testing the mattress for another week before I make my mind about it, but so far seems to be exactly what I needed.
If you’re thinking about buying a solid bed, I can recommend this one for sure.
