Only been taking it for few days… already better focus and energy during the day

Bought Altai Shilajit week ago and all i can say its awesom,my energy improved,brain fog almost gone and i sleep better...great stuff,will buy again for sure!

I waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to try the product properly first. Honestly, I'm seeing some positive results.
I deal with daily stress from work, and it seems to be helping a bit with focus, energy, and managing stress. Of course, it's not a magic solution. A healthy diet, regular exercise, and good habits are also important. But before taking it, my energy levels were close to zero and I often lacked motivation.
You can really tell this is a high-quality product. The texture, the taste, and the overall presentation feel natural and authentic. It also comes in a nice metal container that helps keep it well preserved.
I've been gradually increasing the dosage and haven't experienced any negative side effects so far, only positive ones. I also live in a country where delivery services aren't always the most reliable, but the product arrived on time.
Highly recommended for anyone with a busy lifestyle who often feels they don't have enough time to look after themselves.

Well I guess there is a problem in custom shipping from Slovenia to the United States, FedEx contacted me to make a declaration of what was in the package before it can be shipped to me in Arizona, United States. I assume that the shipper would have known of this requirement with the FDA because it's a consumable item is what I was told so just it's just a delay of the package.

Just started taking it for the last 2 days so cant report on effectiveness yet. Product is very well packaged. It's pretty hard so it has been very difficult to open the inner lid. Need to pry it open with knife which im ok to do.
One thing that REALLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT is INSTRUCTIONS on When n How best to take it. I did some research and found a very good instruction link on your website. Instead of having the consumer dig around for instructions, it would be most helpful if you can include a piece of paper instructions with the order. I recall another consumer made the same suggestion previously and you acknowledged it was a good idea, but nothing was done about it. Please improve on this as these instructions are highly beneficial. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

No one knocked on the door and I was in and they said that it can’t be delivered

Only just tarted trying the product, so thi feedback form is sent to early. As it is too early to determine results or progress on this product.
Had to contact them to send the item, which was frustrating as was expecting prompt delivery after ordering.
