Sent the wrong product despite me inquiring prior to ordering and having the customer service agent confirm product detail.

Afterwards whilst admitting mistake refused refund - despite being an multiple order customer.

Not to mention taking nearly a month to ship and sending part orders without notice.

Avoid.. Motorcycle Soul are sadly on the shonky end of ecommerce.

Was looking for a Givi screen for my motorcycle. I'm living in Ireland so importing from non EU countries was too expensive. Motorcycle Soul was a perfect choice from Italy, they kept me informed every step of its postal history and delivered on schedule, so pleased with this quality order, ten out of ten for Motorcycle Soul, so nice to see a good company deliver.

Package arrived without one of the items ordered and hand written note on the invoice about refund (due to “out of stock” status which was not shown during the online order), while it has not been received so far.

Extremely long processing. The time they give you before the order has nothing to do with reality.

They do not reply to any customer service requests.

Very long processing and shipping times, and customer service that makes a simple return far harder than it needs to be.
I ordered clothing and requested an exchange. The return was sent in June, but the parcel came back to me. I followed the instructions I was given and shipped it again at my own effort. Receipt at the warehouse was only confirmed in August – and the replacement item still has not been sent.
Instead of simply processing the exchange, I was asked to justify a date discrepancy on the return form that was caused by their own failed delivery. Every step required a follow-up message from me, replies took a long time, and at no point did anyone give me a clear timeline.
The products may be fine, but the after-sales handling is not. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect weeks of chasing. I would not order here again.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the products and the overall shopping experience and delivery time. Will definitely recommend this one stop shop for all your motorcycle needs.
