I ordered a set of rear lights and everything was ok, the quality was not the best, but for the price I cannot complaint, you can't expect original quality when you pay one fifth of the price, even though they look great and passed the technical inspection. Delivery was fast so no complaints.

I placed an order for a towbar and…
I placed an order for a towbar and electric kit for a rav 4 , I was informed that it was coming from 2 different warehouses so I would receive two packages, and would be informed. I received one package and now I have been told my order has been delivered, when I sent copies of the orginal order all I received was a ups link saying its been delivered, however I am missing the main part of the order

I had proof that my package wasn’t delivered at the shop and I also got a message from the transport company rhat the package was lost. Nevertheless I had to pay, even PayPal did al bad job

Experiencia muy desagradable
Experiencia muy desagradable. El sistema de elección de la pieza de coche según matrícula no funciona correctamente y vino una pieza inadecuada. Solicitada la devolución te obligan a que pagues el transporte de nuevo a pesar de ser fallo de la plataforma. Alargan intencionadamente las comunicaciones mantenidas para hacer la devolución y luego te indican que el plazo de devoluciones ha expirado. La indefensión de los clientes es absoluta dado que bien pagas el envío de nuevo o no puedes hacer la devolución. Recomiendo que busquéis otras alternativas a páginas que cumplan las políticas de devolución.
A very unpleasant experience. The system for selecting car parts based on license plate numbers doesn't work correctly, and the wrong part arrived. When I requested a return, they forced me to pay for shipping again, even though it was the platform's fault. They intentionally prolonged the communication regarding the return and then told me the return period had expired. Customers are completely helpless, as they are left with no choice but to pay for shipping again or not be able to return the part. I recommend looking for alternative websites that actually comply with return policies.

Full violations of EU Buyer rights
The store violates all EU Buyer rights, Spanish buyer rights, and any marketplace terms and conditions if you make an order not directly.
After receiving payment, they are absolutely sure that all obligations to the client no more existen.
Before ordering anything, double-check how to make chargebacks with your bank, because if something goes wrong, motointegrator just washes their hands, and never resolve anything.
