My 3rd vist for a quad lock fone mount, but the one I had reserved didnt fit my bike so kirk searched hi n low for one that did fit n he found it, .. plus my son had reserved something but sadly it didnt fit him but again , the staff found the right size but had to order in the hi vz all in one suite, we both left happy, n do have to go back to collect our final items this time
The staff are very helpful n friendly, n will go out their way to make customers happy,

Bought a PUIG screen for my Pan America. Arrived promptly and well packaged, however there where ancouole of fixings missing. (I accept tgat these things haooen)
It was dealt with voth swiftly and professionaly with absolutely great service and attitude.

I purchased the Schubert C5 ANC today, this has taken many months of me visiting and trying on helmets. The team at MotoCentral are superb, they never rush you, they answer all your questions, they’re very friendly, helpful, patient and always welcoming. The help, advice and attention I’ve received over the last couple of months has been excellent. Over the last three days, I can not thank Andy, Zoe and Sophie enough, all have been so helpful. This is how shopping for bike gear should feel, everyone that works there are so passionate about what they do, thank you all.
The helmet is superb, anyone looking for a super quiet and comfortable helmet, check out the Schubert C5 ANC, it’s unbelievable when you turn the ANC on the wind noise is so quiet.

After getting let down by another retailer for a Rebelhorn jacket for my wife (that was apparently in stock but was actually being drop-shipped), these guys came to rescue. I called to ask about stock, the call was handled really well: polite, professional, friendly. The item arrived the next day after ordering it online. I bought a screen for my motorcycle from Moto Central, unfortunately it was damaged / lost by the carrier. As MotoCentral did not have a replacement in stock at that time, I had to source one elsewhere as I needed it quickly.
However, I was refunded immediately and in full. MotoCentral's communications were efficient and very polite, I would have no hesitation in using them again for further purchases!

Very happy with my experience with this EBay seller. The cycle helmet arrived 2 days after placing my order. The description on EBay stated that there may be imperfections but It's in perfect new condition with labels attached and boxed.

Purchased a helmet and intercom system together to make use of the great discount on offer. Andy was really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking the products. I really had no clue about the intercoms.

Fitting was included as I'd purchased both items from the shop. Andy clearly knew what he was doing with some very nice cable routing. I definitely would have made a mess of it had I tried it myself.

There was an issue where the manufacturer of an item I ordered had incorrectly put the wrong item in the packaging.
Moto Central immediately sent me a QR code to return the item for free and had the correct replacement delivered to me, all within 2 working days.
I wasn't aware of Moto Central before stumbling across them on eBay but they're definitely one of my first places to look from now on.

I brought a touring screen. It arrived quickly and was well wrapped. It was in first class condition and a member of their team made contact to say they hoped I was satisfied and gave a telephone number I could use if I had any problems.

Excellent help from Martin at motocentral . Bought a twin pack of Interphone U COM 8Rs last year. Went on a road trip to Scotland and one of the units packed in. When I got back I contacted motocentral who I bought them from, Martin asked me to bring both units in, he had a look at them, sent them back to Interphone.
I picked up 2 brand new units yesterday. Well impressed, thanks Martin and motocentral. I will always use motocentral now for all my biking accessories 👍
