Ordered parts still waiting
Ordered parts, waited weeks only to be told it was out of stock which was not specified online, and could only ship after lunar new year holidays when it was back in stock. Still pending tracking, still waiting. Not happy 😡

My package was supposedly returned to sender based on a failed security check.This is supposedly what the shipper said.They never informed of this.My order was supposed to be a Christmas present.So,now I have nothing and I'm supposedly waiting for them to send again....Yeah no don't buy from these people unless you want a terrible experience.

I just had my first big order £££ delivered from them within a few weeks from order to delivery. Amazing products. I feel this company gets a bad write up as people have mistaken the 2 websites. Dont be fooled tiny detail, big mistake.
