Please DO NOT buy anything!! Bought 2 jackets...the quality was horrible. Tried to return it thru postNL by paying 20-30 euros and even after 1 month this package is stuck at China customs with no next actions :(( this weshop is not helping... does anyone know what to do? Like several folks below, I was fooled into thinking this was a Dutch company
It's junk from China. Took 4 weeks to arrive and it's poorly constructed plastic that smells like toxic waste. And then you'd never believe it, but there's no way to return them.
Complete grift.
Drop shipping, horrible return policy and no service at all. Be aware, don't buy anything here.
The pictures in the website are not at all similar to the product received, then they ask you to pay for the return or accept and offer of 30% refund, this is not a Dutch brand, you would just receive garbage from China.
The shoes looked good in the photos, but the sizing is completely inaccurate and much smaller than expected. I ordered my usual size and could barely wear them.
What makes the experience worse is the return process. The company sells through a Dutch/European website, but customers are expected to return items to China at their own expense. The return shipping costs around €40, which is unreasonable considering the product itself was not correctly sized.
They only offered a 20% refund instead of a proper European return solution. This feels very misleading for EU customers. Be careful before ordering, especially with sizing.
Don't be fooled into thinking this is a Dutch company selling clothes made in the Netherlands. It seems they ship from China. The delivery takes weeks
