Drop shipping business?

**UPDATED** Customer service fixed my problem.

However Luluilo still seems to be somewhat of a shady drop shipping company when you can find better alternatives from reputable companies.

Bad product ( Lipstick)

Order lipsticks by FB , look good at the video but very dry and the taste was awful from the stick. I recommend not to order from this company. This is really shity chop from China
