The movers were so nice and helpful. The main elevator in my building was down and they got everything upstairs without an issue by using a small, rear elevator. Everything went so smoothly!

Very frustrating experience with Lugg.
Very frustrating experience with Lugg.
I booked a Lugg Van to pick up a 79” armoire, but the crew arrived with other items already in the van and was unable to complete the pickup. The seller also told me the crew asked for help moving the item and raised concerns about how it was being handled.
Lugg later acknowledged that, based on the dimensions provided, the item should have fit in the van and said they were reviewing the crew’s vehicle internally.
However, the support response has also been frustratingly slow. I’ve spent significant time going back and forth through chat and email, and as of now I still have not been able to get the pickup successfully rescheduled.
Lugg did provide a $50 credit, which I appreciate, but given the failed pickup, inconvenience to the seller, and difficulty getting the issue resolved, the overall experience has been very disappointing. I’m hoping they make it right but I would be aware that they essentially just subcontract and I’m not sure their partner vetting process is as diligent as it should be
