The app is amazing, helps me to know monitor all the nutrients I ate, with my health objectives. I am happy with Lifesum.

It’s just the worst app for tracking food. The AI is so insanely stupid and bad. There are so many bugs in this app. It’s really a shame!

Easy to track meals with Ai, but you have to double check coz it's not always choosing the correct food or amount.
Best of all ,I got a deal at a very low price which was the main reason that I tried the app again😊

The Tracker is great! I love that you can track with simple Text Input and also Foto and if you want also manually! The UI is very friendly.
I have tracked food on and off for 6 years and this is by far the best App I have used so far! I am especially impressed with the AI Scanner when you provide a picture, most estimates are pretty spot on.
Two things to improve would be:
1. Feedback on the meals: Lifesum provides a "Emojy-Feedback" for your meal, based on if it is "good or bad for you on a sliding scale. It would be awesome, if there would be some more guidance i.e. what to add to the meal or substract to make the score better
2. Summary Stats: While there are summary stats for the week and all, I would love to have an exportable version of my Food-Log. I do at the moment once a week screenshot my meals everym day and provide for more guidance to gemini, but would be nice to just export and have the data.
Overall, I highly recommend the app!

I love all that I get with the free version. It's easy to use, I love the tracking and the reminders. I haven't found any other app. with free access that can match Lifesum.

Very useful, intuitive and easy to use. now my whole family is using it. as a nutritionist I also recommended Lifesum to some of my clients.

I love this app. I was using the free version to loss weight many times. Nowadays I'm using the paid subscription for body recomposition. The AI feature is great and easy.

I renewed my premium subscription despite the issues, because I was used to app and they offered a big discount... BUT: it just gets worse by the day: hallucinations in the calculation (especially when you add "recent"), the camera doesnt read the barcodes and they move the scanner every three days to a different place in the app, so you never find it easily; most importantly the last 5 days the app just keeps interrupting ALLL the time and I cannot log any food. My phone also keeps warning me that it causes issues in the backround and eats the battery...

I was fairly happy with Lifesum for three years, but I’ve just canceled. Recent upgrades a disaster. Almost every day it couldn’t find me and I had to login again and then all my information wasn’t there took 2 or three tries on my iPhone to get it back. Plus I pay in three month increments and it does not appear. There’s any way to get the remaining 2+ months back plus no phone support that I can find.

Their upgrade was a disaster; nothing worked correctly. I contacted the company after writing a scathing review, They listened and fixed the problems! I felt I needed to let others know that LifeSum listened. I will stick with them because I have used LifeSum for several years. Now that it works I'll continue.

This is a complete embarrassment.
What used to be a decent app has been getting worse with every update.
There are major stability issues that simply aren’t being addressed. Even the most basic, critical problems affecting everyday usability remain unresolved. For example, the app logs you out every time you reopen it. On top of that, all recently logged items are gone as well—which is incredibly frustrating.
I genuinely don’t understand how such a decline in quality doesn’t impact their business enough for them to take action. Perhaps it’s because too few people complain or request refunds.

They get the money. They create problems. They don’t solve them.
It’s a shame.

Had an account. Tried to login but my email was already in use. Tried to get mail to create new pw… never came. Tried multiple times.
No customer service no nothing. My email is in use, won’t send link to create new password. What to do.

Worst, most inaccurate, limited ap I’ve used. Don’t waste your time or money.
I've been using Lifesum on & off for 2 years now and I can say that it has definitely helped me change my understanding of nutrition and helped me build a more positive relationship with food!
For a long time I was either eating foods that seem healthy, but were not really - or even worse, I was depriving myself from food in order to lose weight while I was making critical mistakes like not eating enough protein!
The latest AI update has also been helpful to speed up the process of logging food by taking photos or just sending a quick text of what I had.
Highly recommended! :)
Completely usless customer service. That deliverately avoided answer the question and direct me to the place that shows no information about raised questions. Eleftheria, what you doing all day so you are so lazy to answer simple question? Next time don’t waste your time typing no nonsense.!
My question was:

Hi Piotr,
Thanks for reaching out.
You can find this information under Settings > Account Settings.
Let me know if you need further assistance!
Best regards,
Eleftheria
My respond:
Yes! I need your assistance as you basically did not responded to the question. I will definitely raise this on Trustpilot. At least you could either answer my question or direct me to the right place as the pleace you directed me Settings > Account Settings says nothing (please see the attached).
