Very deceptive!!! I paid $70.00 for two very poor quality, thin short sleeve hoodie shirts. It’s a total scam and was shipped from China.

I order two thin summer jackets - one came in the wrong colour and both were tiny. After a dozen emails asking for a return sheet still no answer.

Looks very much like a scam - avoid.

Ordered Gabor sneakers online. Total fakes. Feel like they are made of paper. Lena-boutique agreed a refund of 35% in April, despite contacting them at least 50 times, never received a cent back. Contacted Verbraucherzentrale, nothing. Do not be tempted to order anything from this band of thieves. Pure rubbish and customer service is less than nil!

I ordered a pair of sandals earlier this year. I am always a size 40 but the ones that arrived were way too small. They did not match EU standard for width or length. I emailed about an exchange and was told I had to pay postage for returning … but they didn’t include a return address. I emailed again, no reply. I gave up… I wasted my money. They had been sent from China, not Berlin and the quality wasn’t as nice as it appeared in the online photo.

They falsely claim that there is a German retail store. They fraudulently claim that there is a money-back guarantee. European consumer rights are ignored and trampled on. Contacting them is a bad joke.
The goods are miserable and defective. If you want to return them, you are first threatened covertly and then openly with drastic financial consequences.
This so-called company is a case for the public prosecutor's office.

This shop has such stylish collections. Everything I ordered came quickly and looks just as shown online.

The top I ordered has such lovely colors and feels very soft. True to size and looks amazing in person.

I ordered a jacket from “Lena Boutique Berlin” in October 2025 after seeing their Instagram ad.
The item was never delivered.
The seller first provided a tracking number that showed no delivery, and later a DHL number that showed the parcel was returned to sender without any notification to me.

I opened a PayPal dispute and provided DHL evidence.
After reviewing the case, PayPal refunded me in full because the seller could not prove delivery.

This was my experience with this shop:

Conflicting and misleading tracking information

No effective customer support

PayPal ruled in my favor after verification

Based on this, I personally cannot recommend ordering here.

Material Quality super poor. Delivery from China, no customer service, refund and return almost impossible
