Fabulous owner-run yoga studio offering retreats in Hamburg, Spain, Greece, etc. Lela is such an attentive, experienced yoga teacher who constantly incorporates new elements into her retreats, places particular emphasis on healthy asana practice, and offers individual variations for each person depending on their health restrictions.
I get so much out of the retreats. 13 out of 10 points 🥰✨
Lela's yoga is always a special time out - time for yourself, time to recharge your batteries, time to slow down. This time I was at a yinyoga workshop.
Lela has a unique way of designing the workshop so that everyone feels seen with their own issues and physical conditions. Lela gives adaptations, variations. This takes place in beautiful rooms with a view of the Alster and a healthy meal/snack.
Definitely a great morning!
