The promised to do delivery of my shipping container in 7 days but that took 10 days to get here.very slow delivery service .

Got a shipping container for my store and my delivery took 2 weeks because they needed some insurance which had to take about 5 days to get settled. 🥵🥵

I ordered some Herman Miller for our office and the chairs could not get delivered before lunching date. We were supposed to get the chairs delivered in 5 days but they got here 8 days later.

Terrible customer service, takes your money via osko payment only, item not received. Receives email from shipping company requesting $920 "refundable insurance" so item can be delivered. When you call sales manager you ring a Victorian number. Impossible to get on the phone, long delays in replays with emails (if you even get a reply at all). Still waiting for item. Reported to ACC and bank fraud

After I reviewed them back in January "Terrible customer service" they emailed me offering a 20% discount on my next order. So, given they had previously refunded me, I decided to take up the offer. I tried to pay by card but they insisted I pay by Osko and advised I would receive it in 2 weeks. I took a leap of faith and paid cash. That was the beginning of May. I've received a "fake?" tracking update from "MaritimeLinkLogistics" The tracking information says the motor will arrive 5 July but has said this for weeks. It also says the motor is in Mt Isa but it never changes. I looked for this shipping company but it doesn't seem to be listed. Brian Alonzo, sales Manager for Laghari Outboards, wrote back to me about a week ago claiming they are legitimate and there is nothing dodgy going on.......but I've been waiting 3 months now and there doesn't seem to be a motor on its way to me.....I would never try to buy from them again and don't recommend anyone else try either....not sure what can be done....they've already taken my money.....

I couldn't pay with my card just bank. You should make it possible to order with card please.

Couldn't get the outboard I ordered! I was told to pay cash to get it delivered quickly. I paid using Osko cash transfer twice and was refunded both times. No one ever followed up .......

ordered a outboard motor and paid in full. Still haven't received the motor 6 weeks later. Have tried numerous times to get in contact with Laghari only for the phone to ring out. This site is a scam. Finally spoke to someone who said that the motor was being shipped but we haven't received it. Now when we ring the phone just rings out.

When he rips u off make shore to tell your bank it was a unauthorised payment save u the long headache

Gifted my son a brand new boay bought from them on this christmas and he really likr the boat, thank you guys.

Mercury Marine 115hp EFI has so much horse power than my previous one, its little bit expensive but i think mercury has much morr life than other companies.

I believe this site is not real.
Purchased engine on 24/11 by credit card. Got a phone call that night from a Victorian number. Claimed credit card couldn’t be processed and sent email with invoice for comm bank. Paid via bank transfer and emailed screen shot of transfer with receipt number. Heard nothing for a week then got phone call from an American number, answered and was asked to send screen shot of past transactions to show money never returned. I refused. Sent email re shipping. Next day got tracking email from a shipping company that ended in .org. Motor started in Darwin, then Sydney for 10 days in a residential high density area. Sent email after email to both them and transport company. No reply’s.
Even used their talk bot with no idea where the engine is. Engine now in centre of Brisbane which it can’t be.
I believe this is a scam and I have lost my money.
I have had to order new credit cards and have put a claim in with the bank for goods not received.
So, here is a Perth company with a Victorian number and when they don’t answer it states this mobile is switched off. This is all day till evening. Have rung me on an US number that I tried to call back but number no good.
There email has spelling mistakes, no a in outboard.
Be very careful.

Recieve my tihatsu 16stroke boat engine and it is in good condition but don't know what yook them so long to deliver it.

They delay my a order 2 weak from the actual date but in the end satified with my boat engine only reason i gave 1 star because of shipment delay.

Good boat utility and they have almost all famous brand utility but they deliver my ordrr after 1.5 month later.

They took more than 2 weak from actual delivery date but boat trailer is 10/10 if they dont delay in delivery i will give them 5 stars.
