I have begun my journey again with CIMA but this time with Learnsignal. I am looking forward to this chapter and getting the right support. So far so good.

I did appreciate the availability to text/email Learnsignal tutors and directly asking them my questions and they respond to me, however, sometimes I used to ask questions that are related to the syllabus but were not part of the Question Pack and they didn't respond to me which is something that I wish to be improved in the future

The content is easy to follow, the platform is smooth and they go over and above to support you during the studies, such as WhatsApp support, free questions and exam tips. You also get access to all subjects in one subscription.

I've recently passed my ACCA exams, thanks to all the support provided by learnsignal. Their short lectures and notes are very helpful. I also received a free correction question from them and the feedback helped improve my exam technique. I'd recommend them for ACCA, not sure about other courses.

Very poor customer service including request for cancellation and refund
