The whole process from getting a quote to the delivery of the car was easy to do and clear. Jim was my main contact and he was fantastic! No question was ever too silly and he always replied quickly! I will definitely use them again when my current lease runs out!

Michelle was great help, all questions answered promptly and car delivered exactly as expected.

Easy smoth transaction

Michelle Tighe was amazing in arranging my Cherry Tiggo deal. She never overpromised—in fact, she delivered earlier than scheduled! No question was ever too small, she was super efficient, and she doesn’t beat around the bush. Highly recommend Michelle

We ordered a Renault 5 on the 17th June with Ben Salmon who made the process simple and straightforward. We were advised of a delivery date end of July/ early August, which was exactly the same as the main dealer in Norwich had indicated on the test drive. We should have sourced from the main dealer but after seeing many positive reviews about the company we decided to give them the business.

Less than 1 week later on the 22nd June we got an automated email advising delivery date of 23rd September. Clearly, once you pay the £300 vehicle sourcing fee they don’t care anymore!!! Had numerous communications with Ben but nothing positive on the delivery delay.

Move onto 7th July - new delivery date of 1st October!😩

New email on 2nd September - new delivery date is 22nd October!😩

I rang up to complain about the additional delay but just told someone would get back to me with an update and explanation. As expected “radio silence” from them.

I have no idea or no confidence that I will ever get my new car via this company.

As the quote says “buyer beware” if you are thinking of using this company. Certainly, never again from me!

Update on the 3rd Sept
I received a call from Jim at Lease car a few hours after posting my review. Jim was firstly apologetic about the delays with the vehicle but actually had some good news! My vehicle now has been allotted a UK registration number which he gave me and was very positive my delivery should be end of Sept/early Oct.

A big step in the right direction but will just have to wait and see what happens. Watch this space!🤞

All though my car was put back a number of times they were very helpful I would use them again as my new Audi A3 is amazing and worth the wait thank you 😜😄Joseph Bailey was an amazing man he was very helpful as I don’t like talking on the phone 😄

Very informative from the very start of our enquiry. Once we had decided what car we wanted we were kept up to date with all the procedures. The delivery was perfect. The lady who delivered the car was very friendly and helpful. One big thankyou to all staff that have helped.
