Jake from Larry Adler Jindabyne was really excellent. He clearly knew his stuff and went above and beyond to make sure that my boots fit perfectly. I took my boyfriend here to get his first pair of boots fitted and it was a great experience. He will walk you through the whole process and ensure you get the best boot and fit. We came back a few days later for an adjustment and it was completely free of charge. I went to him on a recommendation from a friend and I will be recommending him to anyone looking to get new boots fitted.

Had an amazing experience getting new ski boots thanks to Jake. I did not want to buy new boots when I went into the store - I was just wondering how the technology has changed since I bought my last pair over 12 years before.
Turns out it has change A LOT! Jake very patiently explained the differences and benefits and after trying on and being fitted for a new pair - I was amazed. The shell is so light and pliable when heated that it can be fitted really well, and the new tech liners can be moulded so the inner fits just right.
It took a long time but absolutely worth it.
Very happy skier and would gladly recommend Larry Adler (and Jake - who works in Jindy and Collaroy stores - when not boot fitting in France).
