Wire semi-cut, I had to arrange it myself

I placed order LPIT698929 for a chandelier and four wall lights (two of one model and two of another).

A few days later, I received a ceiling light that had absolutely nothing to do with my order. To be clear, out of the five items I had purchased, I received just one—and it wasn't even an item I had ordered.

Mistakes happen, so I contacted customer service. They acknowledged the problem and arranged a replacement shipment. Following their instructions, I also had to return the incorrect item at the post office, which meant spending additional time correcting an error that wasn't mine.

When the replacement shipment arrived, I discovered that one of the wall lights was still missing. At least this time the items were the correct ones.

I contacted customer service again, completed the required claim form, and a third shipment was arranged.

That shipment arrived today. Instead of the missing wall light, I received a second chandelier. At that point, I even questioned whether I had filled out the claim form incorrectly, but after checking it again, everything was exactly as requested.

So here I am, contacting customer service for the third time, waiting for yet another set of paperwork so I can return another incorrect item and hopefully receive the one that has been missing from the very beginning.

While the customer service representatives have been polite throughout the process, the warehouse and order fulfillment have been astonishingly inefficient. Three shipments, two returns, multiple contacts with customer support, and I still don't have the complete order I paid for.

I sincerely hope the next shipment finally resolves this, but after everything that's happened, my confidence is understandably very low.

This has been, without question, one of the most inefficient online shopping experience I've ever had.

UPDATE : my mistake

With the third shipment, I did in fact receive the missing wall light, not a second chandelier as I had previously written. The misunderstanding arose from a WhatsApp conversation with my brother, who actually received the package.

It wasn't the best online shopping experience I've ever had, but in all honesty, I can't say it was the worst either. I mean, there are worse ones

The 2 orders I placed have not been delivered. I placed the order two weeks ago.

There’s a defect in the lamp and I couldn’t assemble it. Now I have to do all the arrangements and carry a huge and heavy box to the shipping center. I will never purchase anything from this website again
