Poor delivery support and missing parcel DO NOT USE
I have been waiting on my lingerie set for my Fiance for over 3 weeks now. I have not had an update on Evri's tracking for nearly 3 weeks and it ships directly from China. It's just a drop shipping website. Support wants me to 15 BUSINESS days of no tracking info update. Why is a reputable company like this still using Evri? They have such a poor reputation it just seems like an unnecessary cost cutting measure to me.
Do NOT buy from here. They are absolutely useless. I am going to pursue a chargeback from bank for this purchase.

Fantastic customer service, Shein quality items
I spent just over £80 on 3 sets. They looked stunning online and after waiting nearly 3 weeks for delivery I was really disappointed when I opened them. The quality was very poor and almost identical to items I've ordered from Shein. The bras didn't fit and customer service was fantastic. I wish I could give them 5 stars for that alone. But unfortunately, charging what they do for Shein quality is really disappointing. The super long delivery time for the originals and the replacements make me wonder if they are actually from those Chinese sweat shops.
And before customer service responds to this saying "we didn't receive an email from you regarding this"... how can I show the quality via a photo when the photos on your website are fantastic?

Really happy with my purchases
I’ve ordered from Lace & Lush twice now, and both experiences have been great. Everything went smoothly with my orders, and the parcels were fully trackable throughout delivery. The sizing was also spot on, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the sets are to wear.
With my second order, one of the sets I had ordered was no longer available in my size. The Customer Experience Team contacted me and offered either a refund or a replacement. I chose the replacement, and they changed it to another set for me without any hassle.
I’m really happy with both my purchases and the customer service I received. I’ll definitely be coming back to shop with Lace & Lush again!

I found it very easy to navigate and find what I was looking for on the Lace & Lush website. They have clear labels, clear pricing and information. Although I did find shipping took a little longer to get to me (I assume that’s because of being in NZ) without a clear guideline of when it would arrive. Once I received my package though, it was great. The quality feels so premium and nice. The sizing is great and I would say pretty much as good as you could ask for, for something of this material etc. love my new pieces and they really do make you feel so confident and happy!

If I could give them a Zero I would. I ordered my product nearly 2 months ago. Item never arrived. I've been back and forth with their 'customer support' and been told that because it dispatched, you cannot get a refund after 15 minutes of placing order. They sent me tracking info that proves that the USPS label was created but that USPS was awaiting the arrival of the product - it never arrived at the facility. That was 6 weeks ago the first and only update on the tracking info. The product has got lost en route to the USPS facility and they are refusing to give me a refund now. I offered a solution where they send me a second order and should the first order arrive I would return it. I'm not reporting them to the better business bureau and filing report with my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Terrible customer service, despite requests to escalate and clear evidence by their own admission that it never arrived.

Haven’t purchased, but upon looking deeper into the site, I found multiple items which are on this site under 1 name, and the exact same item on another site under a different name. Clearly multiple ’companies’ drop shipping the same clothes
