The worst spaghetti bolognese i have ever tasted! I made a complaint about my food to the tall blond lady because the food was cold, and dry - as the sauce is not enough (see attached picture) , but the Waitress accused me of lying so I can get a free meal, (she said this casually) and when she saw the expression on my face, she backtracked and tried to offer me a free desert, which I declined ofcourse, because I don’t want a free meal, just want to make complaint of how the food is not good enough and a simple “We’re sorry” from her would’ve solve it, but she chose to accused me instead!
I bet she said that to me because I’m black, I doubt she would’ve looked a white person in the face and say that!
This is 2026, terrible service!

Perfect italian food

Best Pizza I know - We love L'Osteria and usually I turn to the Pizza option over Pasta. It's not the cheapest option but definitely worth the money.

Sometime staff is not so well trained but that really depends on date of visit and location

This chain of Italian style pizza restaurants are amazingly great and tasty.The fact you can share a pizza with half and half topping is a blessing and a curse for the chain.This mean huge lines at key tourist areas in Hamburg Harbour (1-2hrs waiting times)on the street there were hardly any tourist.Heres a tip buid a waiting rail so people can order drinks while waiting.All in all my 6 experiences was all was good even delivery service.Warning only order directly from 🍕 comes piping hot and crispy....As an ex waiter and chef I know the stressful atmosphere of a popular bar.
But guy smile as if yourw happy to see me.

this was the worst experience I have ever had ordering from a restaurant.... in Karlsruhe, ordered 3 pizzas for a party with family, and they showed up over an hour after the 40 minute delivery time, the delivery person was very rude, and the pizzas were of course cold.. what could I do! I had family in the house, pop the pizzas in the oven and deal with this disaster later.... emailed them and they replied once, asking me to explain again what happened.... I think they might be stupid I guess, not sure. try another pizza place, we have a hundred at least! this place is terrible.
