All good !!!

The delivery was prompt. The meals are not really tasty in my opinion. They all have the same kind of general taste. Its more like a paste then actual sauce. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of these dishes..have tried 4 different ones and have 3 more to taste which are in my cupboard. Update. The sweet chili and piri piri is better and has a bit more taste to it.

Always fast delivery, great taste and value for money!

We tried 3 different flavors with great taste. Jar feeds 2 adults with a side (noodles, rice etc). My plan to relief my Asian wife from cooking panned (lit!) out.

So far,all promises kept!

I recently ordered 24 meals of various kinds from Löwenanteil. While the ordering process itself was straightforward, my experience overall was disappointing.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that two glasses were broken. To their credit, after filing a complaint through their feedback form, I received a refund for the damaged items, which was handled promptly—so far, so good.

However, after trying several of the meals, I have to say I did not enjoy the taste or texture. Most of the meals resembled some sort of stew with largely unidentifiable ingredients and a pulpy consistency. Taste is, of course, subjective, but for me, all the meals ended up feeling and tasting quite similar, lacking distinct flavors or variety.

When I reached out to Löwenanteil to ask about a possible refund for the unopened meals, I was informed that they do not offer refunds. The only option would have been to return the remaining meals within 14 days of purchase, at my own cost. Unfortunately, my purchase was 16 days ago, so I’m no longer eligible. At this point, I’ll likely donate the meals to people in need—while I’d prefer to give away food I personally enjoyed, I’d rather not let it go to waste.

All in all, this was not a positive experience, and I cannot recommend buying from Löwenanteil. While others might enjoy their products, the combination of taste, texture, and customer service policies did not meet my expectations.

The food is tasty, healthy and pretty cheap. I can't eat gluten eat and try to avoid meat and it's perfect for that.
I enjoy cooking but appreciate the convenience of Löwenanteil.

It's good, nothing to complaing about

Poor customer service. They don't have any chat / calling functionality but only e-mail... showing that customer service is not their priority. I e-mailed them via their e-mailing service, however they never responded to any e-mail.
I had ordered the trial package, which arrived at my doorstep, half-opened, but everything was still inside. I asked for an exchange as I don't trust opened food packages.
They never replied though. Everything went inside the bin.

Easy to place orders, the product is tasty and the nutritional value is great. Overall very satisfied. I have already placed my next order.

Products taste great, are very easy to prepare, and are healthy. Very happy with my purchase.

delivery was fine. The glass jars were properly packed, in a proper cardboard box. Perfect for the logistics!

Tried two different flavors so far I am actually not impressed. I do not like the taste, but that’s a personal opinion. The chickpea curry I had to add additional curry so that it taste like a curry.

The peanut curry tasted much better, but I like things creamy with vibrant flavors, it’s not hitting that part. The "fake chicken" was a nice touch though.

But I think it’s all about personal preference, I still have five different ones to go.

Tasty and healthy

This is my 3rd order within a year and definitively not the last! I very much like the taste and the nutrition values are really great (especially lots of protein).
On top of that I like the flexibility to choose meals that I like.

I really like these flavoursome products. With so much variety and new launches, you can never get bored of repetition 😊 My personal favourite is the soy chunks. Keep up the great work!

I like convenience. But more important are taste and good customer service - and Löwenanteil has neither.

I think they must have bought their rating on some other platform. I give one star for using glass and the other for fast shipment. Did not care for the product or for the return process. I ordered a starter pack, tried a couple of meals and they were not tasty at all. So I sent the rest back. Return is a pain in the neck, first you have to send it to a different address, second they do not provide a paid return shipment. They say that they cannot do that because they are a young company, yet they provide no email address where to send a return request and make it sound like you need to fill out a paper form, grandpa style. So they deliberately make it difficult for customer to do a return. And they are not interested why you returned their product, so not interested in improving. Young company, old tricks. No more for me, thank you very much.
