I have been struggling for almost a…
I have been struggling for almost a month or more after I upgraded my phone to the current version and the app was just keep crashing and every time i e-mail addressing the problem attaching screenshots and screen recordings they were unable to resolve it for me , even some of them accused me for not following instructions right although i was sure i am following, till (Mariana) took over and saved me and my time !

No cancellation after trial and the usage experience do not meet expectation
1)I signed up for trial but they took full money and then there was no way to stop payment and did not refund either
2) the set up with iPhone is complicated
3) need to connect to computer every week for iPhone to reinstall app which is not a good user experience. They say it’s because of Apple signing restriction but if not common for other standard apps.
4) it works only on WiFi or hotspot so cannot work while we are on the move using mobile data.
The support team tries to help for technical issues though for refund it was a clear no
But even for technical issues there is a limit they can support due to app limitations

Great customer service!
I had issues with installation due to an oversight on my part (no access to a computer, which I mistakenly thought was just an alternative way to install LocaChange and did not realize was a required part of the process). Sent a ticket in to their support team, and Zoe helped explain and come up with a solution quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Even if I can’t enjoy the benefits of the app, my experience was a positive one, so thank you!
