I have never signed up for a subscription. Nevertheless, €39.95 is deducted from my account every month.
As I saw, I am not the only one.

Scam.
Keeps taking a payment every month. No actual service.

The service didn't find my phone but they got my credit card details and have been helping themselves, BEWARE SCAMMERS.!!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. After paying 48p to locate a phone. ( which I don't even remember doing ) I have paid £39.95 a month for 9 months without even realising! Absolute scam do not sign up to anything from this company. And apparently I will not get a refund.

DO NOT USE - using this just once sets you up for a £39 a month subscription. It doesn’t even locate the phone.

This company has taken £39.95 out of my account without my authorisation saying I had a subscription I have checked on all my accounts and cannot find a subscription. I have emailed them several times but have had no reply.

Total scam, and now taking out 10 dollars a month with no easy easy to stop other than soak to bank. Oh and the funds a phone service... Never worked total scammy bastads

Visited this website to check the services provided. Days later, 39.95 charged to my credit card.
Is it possible to get the police involved.

Fraudiantly withdrew 60 cents from my cash app card

This is a scam company connected with “find my phone”on google. I found this company which said it was free. Then it asked for a small amount approx 48p which I tried to pay on my credit card. My bank queried this as a scam so I cancelled the payment which did not go through. My bank stopped my credit card and issued a new one which this company found and then took £39.99 as my subscription which I had never agreed. My bank is helping with this and hopefully will refund it. I contacted Loca Tool by email but they said I didn’t have an account so could not help. I had not signed up for an account but they managed to steal £39.99 somehow bypassing the bank’s security. Who do I report this scam to as many people will fall for it. Also why do google allow them to advertise.

I looked up one phone number which they couldn’t find not realising they also set up a subscription at £9.99 a month which unfortunately I didn’t notice until they opted the cost to £39.95 every 2 weeks total scam company who have defrauded me out of £109.87 for absolutely nothing l have now cancelled but also put a stop on my cards to ensure no further payments can be taken

Scam artists tried to charge my card multiple times. All unauthorised. Do not use them you have been warned.

I would give them zero stars. Fraudulently stole money out of my wife's account snd we never even signed up for or used service ever. After repeatedly arguing with PayPal finally got my money refunded to me

Never ever use this company I looked at it a few months back trying to locate a family member’s lost phone and somehow ended up clicking on a subscription. I had no idea I had done it until I saw a payment had come out of my account. When I contacted the company to say it was a mistake they said sorry we don’t offer refunds. Please do not use this company it is a complete scam

absolute joke of a company. absolute scam. do not use. i have requested to cancel my subscription after the first month due to the cost. they have now taken an amount again for some reason this month and the website does not recognise my email address to cancel the subscription a second time.

A scam that creates a false subscription impossible to o cancel

I found this after needing a way to locate my mums lost phone, it was quite late and we were on holiday in London, I should have read reviews but was in a hurry. Doesn’t work, claims to be about 50p a go which is fine even if it doesn’t work, but then the next day they’ve taken £40 out my bank. Total scam, the place to ‘unsubscribe’ doesn’t work and the customer chat doesn’t work. Will be going to my bank to dispute.

I used this tool to try and find my husbands phone in Jan and was charged £0.48 and they did nothing. Today I find out from my Bank that they took £9.99 in March and then £39.93 today. Happily my bank have blocked them and starting a dispute to get my money back..SO DONT USE THEM AND IF YOU DO CONTACT YOU CARD PROVIDER ASAP..
