Ava, sorted everything for me and my Granddaughter. 1st, Rome for 2 nights then Metro Train to Venice for 2 nights. Absolutely loved this 5 day trip. I just wish it was for longer.
When ever I had to speak with Ava she always got back to me straight away. Which help me, as I'm a very Nervous traveller. I will be going back to Ava for another holiday in the near future. But this time for 7 nights.

Jack Ross has helped with my holiday, I wanted a cheap and cheerful getaway to Disney. I'm happy so far with the booking process and the communication.
I have given 4 stars not 5 as I have not yet been on the trip so I'm hoping it isn't too good to be true that way I can leave a 5 star review upon returning back from my holiday.
One small thing as feedback is how often I received messages, I am very busy and would prefer to message on my terms but I was contacted very frequently to secure this booking, I appreciate these people have a job to do but booking an exciting holiday should not feel pressured or stressful it should be a fun and more chilled experience.
Saying that when I asked Jack to give me some time he honored that for me until I was ready to go ahead with the booking. I have had clear updates and checks have been completed via email and phone call covering everything that is included in our trip. Very thorough and professional service overall
