Delivery time - great. Fast replies - great.
Compatibility - terrible.

They did not fit my vehicle. I was told they would. I double checked my vehicle specifically for compatibility via email and was reassured they will work.

For starters, I had to drill an extra hole for the other fiamma awning bolt to go in, also my last option after having to bend one in a vice, is to use material as backing behind the awning to compensate for the angle of the 3 brackets being out of line.

It's been 3 days of trial and error.
Huge amount of effort to get these to work.

My experience with this product - very poor. Could hardly have been worse unfortunately.

Pedro, the owner of Ozroofracks was a fantastic help when there was a software error with bunnings marketplace. He was on top of organising a return delivery and refund and I can't praise his responsiveness and willingness to help a customer out enough. Eventually we got the incorrect items returned, the refund sent, and the correct items were delivered! Pedro has been very helpful and the bracket clamps I bought for my coaster look incredible! Would highly recommend supporting this local Australian business and purchasing good quality products from someone who cares about the people buying what he sells. Thanks again Pedro!

Incredible service - I contacted the site via the webform late at night and had instant response from Pedro. Throughout the entire process from enquiry to delivery he was attentive, immediate response with all relevant information provided. Delivery was super quick too. I'm yet to install but have no doubt the product is as excellent as the customer service received.
