Good servers, great customer service
I wanted to play Minecraft with friends on both java and bedrock. They helped me set up geyser after i was struggling in no time. When the server expired but I forgot to download the back up I made they made it available so that in the future I could replay the same world.

Good Minecraft hosting overall. Got my server directly after payment, as usual. Already here for 2 months and everything is just fine, good stable performance. They offer only a few games so far I know but it's still very solid. Will stay here for sure.

Dissatisfied with the servers they offer
Very dissatisfied with the server. They have no interest in properly informing or helping customers, responding too late, and even lie and claim that you are the one at fault. Stay away.

Exceptional Host, Support and Expertise
I've only been a customer with OxyGames for about three weeks, but I'm already convinced of their outstanding service. I've had a series of complex technical problems with my server network, and the support, has been invaluable.
My first issue was a critical bug with connectivity, which was solved quickly and directly. After that, my network faced deeper problems, from the connection between my servers running on the same machine to the internal communication of my plugins. The support team has repeatedly proven their expertise by efficiently diagnosing and solving the problems. They even helped me adjust configurations to ensure everything worked perfectly.
What surprised me the most was their determination to solve every single problem. They went beyond the basics, providing solutions only possible through a deep understanding of both the software and the underlying infrastructure.
