Allmost Everything ok .. The only thing which I didn't like was the high delivery costs. But in general you can get things from this dealer which are not easy to find anywhere else.

What you pay for is what you get

The search was easy since all parts has its own categories and all. And the package arrived in good state as it was shown in the pictures.

My order itself went smoothly: the listing was clear, checkout was straightforward, and the part arrived quickly.

There are two things I think buyers should be aware of, though.

First, Ovoko mainly acts as an intermediary, so the actual sales contract is with the seller. More importantly, their terms place quite a lot of responsibility on the buyer if something goes wrong, and missing a deadline can mean losing your claim altogether.

For example, if a package never arrives and you do not report it within 20 days of dispatch, you may lose your right to a refund.

When returning a part, if the courier does not collect the return within 2 working days and you fail to notify Ovoko within 5 working days, the 14-day money-back guarantee can lapse.

If the seller rejects your return, you have only 7 days to ask Ovoko to send the item back to you. And if Ovoko asks for additional evidence and you do not respond within 5 working days, the dispute may be decided in the seller’s favor.

Second, after the purchase I received an email from XCover telling me that I had to activate an account through a link before I could view my documents or make a claim. That felt like an additional and unexpected step.

After reading the terms, I would personally use Ovoko mainly for inexpensive, non-critical parts. If something goes wrong, the process appears quite unforgiving, so I would make sure to understand the terms before ordering.
