Fast shipping

Fast shipping, ease of ordering, great product and clear growing instructions. I also appreciate the ability to order small or very large quantities of specific seeds.

I was very surprised to find my…

I was very surprised to find my purchase of 50/50 Fireball and Hattrick seed was 100% Fireball. I found the less than prominent disclaimer after the fact. Why not take the 50/50 blend product down and have a 100% fireball product available instead of a small disclaimer? Never mind, I think I know why.

If you have ever watched Jack Reacher you should know what they say about assumptions. First of all, "less than prominent" is not even close to true. It was in bright rid ALL CAP letters on the category page and the product page. Secondly, we have inventory in multiple locations and sell on five different platforms. It is impossible to run all the inventory out while shipping new inventory in when it is in 30 different places. To be SAFE, we put the disclaimer on to ensure that people know they may only get one variety.
