Nice description of an app
It is a very helpfull app if you wanna do any kind of physical excercises!
There's a lot of ways that can help you with your progress and so on!
I reccomend this app, even though it is a bit expensive, but I trully believe that its worth it!

Edit: Ornament did reach out and offered a full refund which I thank them for. Therefore I have given them three stars for customer service. The issues with the app are still there but Ornament says they are working on making it more user friendly. They clarified the use of private information from their POV but due to my background in healthcare I remain sceptical about having third parties access our most private information and I caution anyone to be very careful and read the fine print before handing over access to such information to a third party.

If you subscribed via Apple Pay, you can cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. If your payment was made via PayPal, Stripe, or a debit/credit card, you can cancel your subscription by contacting us at support@ornament.health or directly through the Ornament app.
As far as I can see, our team has already canceled your subscription following your recent request.
Regarding your lab results — users can choose whether or not to store their analyses in the app. We display result trends and highlight any possible deviations if they are detected.
We fully understand how important it is to keep your personal information confidential. Please rest assured that Ornament does not share or sell user data to third parties. All information is securely protected, and our specialists who assist with test processing sign strict non-disclosure agreements. Additionally, when uploading your analyses, you can choose to hide personal details if that makes you feel more comfortable. The security and privacy of your data are our top priorities.
Our team has issued a full refund, which should appear in your account within 5–10 business days, although in some cases it may arrive sooner. We recommend checking the account from which the payment was originally made.

Feedback and suggestions for improvement
The app is great in terms of concept and purpose, but its implementation still needs improvement.
1. Performance
The app often lags and freezes. Sometimes I need to press the same button several times (2–5 times) before it responds, and occasionally I even have to restart the app. Please optimize the performance — stability and responsiveness are critical for health-related software.
2. Design
The latest design update is quite good, but it could be more modern and polished — similar to the clean, user-friendly style of Apple Health, Flo, or MindHealth.
3. Profile and data management
The profile settings are too limited. Please add:
• automatic age calculation based on date of birth (so it doesn’t need to be updated manually every year),
• login via Apple ID and social networks,
• phone number linking,
• stronger privacy and security options.
4. Biomarkers
The app lacks many biomarkers for various analyses (especially blood, urine, saliva, and semen). Please expand the biomarker list in line with international laboratory standards — this would make Ornament far more useful and evidence-based.
5. Additional suggestion — Vaccination tracking
I’ve studied the market and found that almost no apps provide proper vaccination tracking (except maybe VaccineGo). Adding this feature would be a major competitive advantage and a valuable addition to the health tracking ecosystem.
In summary, I truly appreciate the concept and your new features for nutrition tracking and weight management — they’re promising. However, I’d recommend focusing first on improving the app’s stability, performance, and core biomarker database before expanding further.
If the app reaches that level, I’ll gladly change my rating to 5 stars.
For now — 2 stars for the idea and potential.

Waste of time and money and then when you cancel they restart charges months down the line in the hopes you won’t notice!
Despite ornament health getting in touch after this review and promising no more payments and deletion of my account another payment has been taken. If not refunded I will be taking this matter up with the police.
Avoid this company at all costs.

EDIT: After posting this, I did get in touch with Victor and he has assured me my account is suspended and I will not be charged again. I was offered three free months of service, but I am choosing not to use it.

I find the app not very user friendly…
I find the app not very user friendly and the syncing between apps is not accurate. You have to fill out the same info everytime you are looking into each thing it’s tedious and annoying and then doesn’t provide easy to follow steps to meet any goals. The system seems glitchy, wouldn’t let me adjust time time setting on fasting.

Results were not read correctly from PDFs
Results were not read correctly by uploaded pathology PDF the value signs greater than and less than were not interpreted and if I had not double checked the pathology it was displaying some pretty awful results and comparative statistics. Also makes me question the references they include i.e based on health data from similar age group (are they reading it correctly?) is the reference group really a accurate indiction.
No where to flag in the app there was a missed data value etc
