Sent item, used the worst delivery company in he world EVRI and package was stolen from doorstep as not put in safe place. Both companies refused to resolve and basically ignored me... Avoid using them at all costs!!!

Scam company stealing ring designs and pictures!

This is a scam drop shipping company copying Oore jewelry and stealing their reviews.

Fake company. They steal designs from legit artists, steal their posts and reviews and make fake jewelry.

TOTAL SCAM!

If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. This company is not worth the one star I had to give.

I ordered 4 rings of various designs and a mix of gold and silver (I have a back biting habit and thought these would help).

After weeks of waiting for the jewellery to arrive, they had sent me 4 identical rings!! These came with a freebie necklace.

I took one ring out of the box and could see straight away it was trash. I’ve had better rings out of a Christmas cracker. I could see then how they could send a free necklace. The whole lot probably took about 50p to make, if that.

I’m so annoyed with myself, as having been conned like this before, I’m always careful to check out a company on Trustpilot before buying. On this occasion, I didn’t.

I assumed wrongly they were a UK company. When I looked at how to return the 4 rings (who wants 4 identical rings?!) it appeared they should be returned to Hungary. Yet, as I now know, they are dealing from the US! This says it all!

I have sent email after email requesting a return as they had not sent me what I ordered. I said also I would happily oblige with their request of sending a video of the rings (!?) as a return without one would not be possible (again.. !?). Radio silence. Nothing. Nada.

I have come to the sad conclusion that I have been scammed once again.

They have taken £45.90 of my hard earned cash and sent me a heap of junk. And because they won’t reply, all I’m left with is feeling angry at myself (and them, but of course they don’t care because like all scammers, they have no conscience).

STAY AWAY unless you want to waste your money on a load of cheap, nasty rubbish and don’t mind being ghosted in the process.

My first shipment was lost and I never received it. It was replaced and when I got the package the box and rings were crushed. I sent photos and an email, Emily immediately replaced the two rings. The replies were very quick and reactive.

My Ordner has never arrived and no one is answere my messages or getting back to me. Super disappointing and it feels like a scam!!!

The dial was smaller than I thought it would be.And the gold is very cheap Looking ...very disappointed.I cannot return it because I already adjusted the size.So, this will go in the goodwill bin...

The jewelry ships from China and takes several weeks to come. I wore one of the rings not even a full day and the center gem fell out. The rings feel cheap and the metal is bad.

Shocking. Ordered a watch and got sent a different make. They didn’t even bother changing the brand name or anything. It’s a Scottie no:9570. I googled it and the first thing that pops up is links to Alibaba where they clearly got it from and it cost 6,68GBP. They’re just ignoring my emails.

I bought 3 rings to give as presents to my wife and daugther last Christmas. All of them unfortunately wore out in just a few weeks. Both the gold-like plating and silver-like plating are worn out and the ring color is therefore uneven. This is very disappointing.
