I ordered from France and the delivery was fast. Just keep in mind there are taxes when order from abroad. I had a great deal with those shoes I bought so it didn’t mind to me.

As you can imagine, the summer holiday period, particularly over New Year's, presented some logistical challenges for small businesses like ours. Our team was operating with reduced hours, and unfortunately, your returned parcel was sent to the post office for collection rather than being delivered directly to us. We apologise for this oversight. As you may know, Australia Post no longer leaves calling cards, and the parcel remained at the LPO until you contacted us.

Our website automatically sends tracking advice when your item ships. I have looked at the tracking information for your parcel and I can see that your item is awaiting collection at the Swiss Post office since 12/3/24 and they advised they have left a collection note for you.
