Fraudulent company a scam. I am reporting them to trading standards everyone who has been impacted by fraud need to do the same as they are stealing money in return for fake cheap goods! Also. Notify your bank if the goods are not fit for purpose the. A l can recall the funds from the bank account direct regardless! Just provide proof you have attempted to get your money back for the fake goods which probably do not work!

The item i ordered was wrong on delivery. Email sent and told to return it at my expense to Estonia. Item was 19.90, return cost £10 which wouldn't be returned. They then offered me 20% refund to keep item, then further offer of 30%. As the item was wrong they would get their logistics dept to look into it. No relly after 14 dats...still looking into it. Then same again % refund. I refused. This company is a waste of time and effort and wished id read the reviews. The item was wrong as per their advert and they dont accept that. Person called Hannah said only too happy to help but after about 15emails with no result from them. They should be barred from advertising. The item I ordered on 24th may was a walking stick. Wrong size delivered 10th June. They don't accept they are wrong.

This company is a total waste of time , be sure you read all the t & c’s as the gloves are free size but are too large even for a tiny hand and only offer a refund of 20% for you to keep them which are no good to you or a full refund if you spend nearly £6 to return to Estonia tracked on an article costing £12.60 .

Do not buy from this company. The products are shipped from China and you can’t get hold of them via email. STAY CLEAR

This is fraud company? I ordered shoes 12/ February 2025 but now I can’t receive it ! Many times I emailed they don’t reply?
What do I do ??😡

We purchased online and nothing said it was in USD until the payment was processed.

We requested a cancellation in octobre and now st the end of January, it hasn't been reimbursed yet. We also haven't received anything.

They email you like they care a lot about the issue arising but they don't do anything about it. They promise the reimbusment in the next 10 business days and nothing...

I've emailed them 7 times to resolve the issue and even if they answer, no actions are taken even if they say they do.

Worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Do not purchase from there.

I was under the impression I was dealing with a legitimate Canadian company. Everything was in French and then you get charged in US funds! If it's a Canadian company, you should be charged in CDN currency. The quality of the footwear is very poor. I coud probably get the same product ordering on Ali Express or Temu. And as others have mentioned, returns are at your expense and back to China!
