I recently achieved my PBP…
I recently achieved my PBP certification and I am very happy with the experience. The Project Business Compendium and seminar materials are clear, practical, and useful for real project work. The program covers contracts, commercial risks, cash flow, legal points, and the people side of projects across company borders. The exam was fair and it helped me understand project business much better. Oliver F. Lehmann and the Project Business Foundation have built something truly valuable. Highly Valuable Learning Experience
I have worked with projects for almost 30 years, and it is not often I attend a course that genuinely changes how I think about projects.
Oliver's Project Business Seminar did exactly that.
The seminar was professional, engaging, and packed with valuable insights. I learned a lot and gained a much better understanding of the business side of projects, beyond the traditional project management disciplines.
I successfully completed the PBP certification afterwards and can highly recommend both the seminar and Oliver as a trainer.
What stands out is not only Oliver's knowledge, but also his willingness to share it and support project professionals in their continued learning.
