Ordering on line was straightforward, we expected an email from your company giving us guidance that the item had left your depot and was in the hands of the delivery company, we did not receive any message, 25th August we received a message from you driver saying he would be here within 20 minutes, this did not happen we had another message 3/4hr later saying he couldn’t find us and would put our address in his navigation 20 minutes later we phoned him, he said he was in the village but couldn’t come up our road 3 miles we drove and met him in the village 3 miles helped him unload the large package unfortunately it wouldn’t fit in the back of our suv so had to break it down and load the various parts of the bbq into the suv, unloaded the bbq at the house and returned to where the packaging was another 6 mile round trip as the driver refused to take this away. We then had to drive to our local tip to dispose of the packaging, when the lorry left us it was completely empty. Very disappointed with the overall experience

Hello,
A nightmare for the delivery of our product :
- no notification for the delivery / product arrived damaged.
- 2 months waiting for the product to leave / no notification for the pick up
- over 10 emails to the customer service to ask for a commercial gesture..
- 2 phone appointments taken online.. no one called us !...
- 6 months we are waiting for a real sales feedback considering all the time wasted runing after their company
- linkedin account of ofenseite blocked me instead of helping me ...

Facts here that just show how they can consider their customers...

Quick response, speed delivery, secure package

We ordered a fireplace. Price was good, communication easy and fast.
HOWEVER, first the delivery company came unannounced, I just happened to be at home.
Second, and most important, the fireplace has too many scratches due to the very poor packaging and handling.
We have contacted Ofenseite about both issues and asked for replacement.
No reply yet after 4 calendar days have passed.
We wait and see before we proceed with an official complaint.
