It arrived really fast. The packaging was such as to try to keep it cold, but it arrived quite warm. The ice packs included were what was keeping it warm. I think that with the quick shipping, the packs are not necessary. I immediately put it in the fridge, since it said keep refrigerated.
As for taste, I didn't know what to expect. The soursop was good. The strawberry was really good. I had purchased the samples to get an idea of what it tasted like. I really liked that you had these available. I didn't see that option available with other brands.

Well I just received my strawberry flavored sample. And ate a tbsp. It has a good flavor. It arrived on time. So far I really like it. I am curious to see what health benefits it has for me.

This was my first experience using sea moss gel and I can say that I am very impressed! After much research, trying to find the one that was the best for our needs, this was the one that held strong to the test… Other brands use Irish Sea moss and I have tried that and prefer the St. Lucia sea moss better. These same other brands use purified or filtered water while this brand uses spring water (bc duuhhhhh) and last, but not least while those same other brands use regular ingredients, this brand uses organic ingredients and all of those reasons align with why I choose and will continue choosing to spend my money here… And the fact that it is minority owned, is a major plus! I am borderline anemic and have to take iron supplements however when I’m using this gel, I don’t need my iron supplements so when you hear that sea moss gel works for 1,000,001 different things… Believe it! Also always check the ingredients bc they matter!!!

Fast shipping with UPS. My pineapple Sea Moss arrived with ice packs and was cold upon arrival. Love the pineapple 🍍! Tastes great 😊

I had to dispose of my 4 jars. They were poorly packaged and did not do well during transit. It was leaking, the smell and look indicated the jars went back. Never got my money back.
