Update

Update – August 2026

I am updating my review because there has now been another development.

After my original review, ONLOGIST responded publicly and explained that my identification could not be completed because I had used my driver’s license instead of an ID card or passport. I accepted that explanation.

However, after trying to register again, I have now received an email from ONLOGIST stating:

“Es wird keine Zusammenarbeit gewünscht. Bitte sehen Sie von weiteren Registrierungen ab.”

This means that ONLOGIST does not wish to cooperate with me and specifically asked me not to register again.

I find this approach very disappointing and unprofessional. I simply shared my honest experience and my opinion about the company. In particular, I found the offered compensation too low for the work involved.

At this point, I am actually not interested in working with ONLOGIST anymore. What bothers me is the way this situation has been handled.

If a company does not want to work with someone, that is of course their decision. But I believe honest and respectful feedback should be accepted professionally rather than handled this way.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ONLOGIST to other drivers.

Permanent Exclusion Without Explanation

To summarize the situation clearly:

I received a permanent ban based on one cancellation and two delays. There was no accident, no physical damage, and no financial loss caused by me in any of the transports.

In total, I was only able to work for your company during two separate two-week periods. Within approximately one month, I generated and paid around €1,100 in commission to ONLOGIST — only to be permanently excluded without any individual explanation.

I waited five months for my documents, had my driving license officially recognized, relocated to Germany, arranged the necessary insurance policies, and continue to pay for my registered business address. I made significant financial and personal investments in order to operate professionally on your platform.

While I understand and accept that you expect perfect communication and reliability from your partners, the complete lack of transparency and the dismissive handling of this matter give the impression that service providers are not treated as business partners, but as easily replaceable subordinate parties.

Being permanently removed without any specific reasoning after such commitments is disproportionate and deeply concerning.

I am one of many self-employed drivers…

I am one of many self-employed drivers who registered with Onlogist GmbH in Germany with hope, professionalism, and full compliance.
I completed every step they asked:
Gewerbeanmeldung (business registration)

Tax number, insurance, ID

Waited for weeks to get access

Invested time, money, and energy

After all that, they simply deactivated my account without any explanation. No email. No call. No warning. I called them multiple times, sent emails, wrote in support chat — no one answered.

Onlogist treats drivers like expendable tools. Here’s what happens inside the system:

Drivers sleep at gas stations due to unrealistic deadlines

They push you to deliver under pressure, speed beyond limits

If you delay or question — they block you

Even after delivering hundreds of cars, they can shut you out like garbage

I have screenshots, chat proof, emails — and I am speaking not just for myself, but for every driver who was silenced, disrespected, and used.
Onlogist is not a partner platform — it's a system of abuse, where they profit and drivers suffer in silence.
My message to all drivers: Stay away. Your time, safety, and dignity deserve better.

Because i can't give the 0

Because i can't give the 0 , they block you without any explanation , they don't care about partner's or good work , they just seat on the office and block accounts , i text them 10 times in more than 15 days and they didan't answer . They block me for same problem , 3 times , after they leave me to work one week , they block again . Is unbelievable and verry frustrating, i can't work , i can 't pay my rent , i lost 5 drivers and now i need to move from the apartment and fiind a solution because i have no more money to stay for nothing and all of that os after 700 cars delivered in al most 2 years . What you win in 2-3 weeks, you have to keep it safe because they block you after that one or more week's.
Onlogist eat 2 years from my life ....

Update :
They responded to my review with a fake one, as if I had complaints. I have over 800 successfully delivered rides and a cancellation rate of 2%, out of 800 rides, I have 4 complaints, and one of them is duplicated. They have requirements for drivers as if they were a global company that respects itself, but the standards of Onlogist employees are low, they do whatever they want and do not respect any rules, what's more, they delete negative reviews from their pages, and here I am referring to their founder, Felix Muler, I wrote a respectful review on LinkedIn, and after 2 minutes, it was deleted by Felix and I was blocked. This shows that this is how employees are taught by their founder. Later, I started making a similar application and I will come back with details. Their lack of respect and professionalism encouraged me to open a similar application with some radical additions and changes.
Thank you!

Update: there is only one accident (right front wing), so the answer with the high damage rate does not make sense, at the same time there is insurance that you pay for each race. But the standards only apply to drivers, you do not have

Hello Andrei,
maintaining the quality standards is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, despite multiple notices from our side, your company has not been able to meet these standards. Due to numerous customer complaints and a high damage rate, we have no option but to terminate the collaboration.
Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best in the future.
Best regards,
The ONLOGIST Team

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! They pay much less than minimum wage. Just to give an example (but all of the offers are similar in price/km) they make you register as freelancer and then send you offers for trips that take in total 5 hours to complete, while the amount you receive for this trip is 44€. So, that would be 8,8€ brutto per hour. Not only it's a low salary job but the main problem is that any small damage done to the car is your own responsibility. Moreover, when you register to start working (another painful and never ending process that took 1 month) they show you random offers (as examples) that pay a much higher price than the actual money you would earn when you finish the registration process. I guess this is done on purpose to encourage people to register. Not my case, because I noticed this right away and deleted my account the day after being approved to work. If you don’t want to waste your time, look elsewhere!

You decide the price at which you want to perform the trips. With a little business acumen, you can generate very lucrative income. I'm working via Onlogist platform for a couple of years now. First as a driver and now as a self employed. If you do the job correctly they will do their job also. As a platform they have the biggest offer and the biggest variety of company as cooperative. You must not joke around with the contracts. Don't be late, don't make more km . Drive the car like as it is yours. If you follow these simple rules you can work as much as you like or as much time do you have.
