not a trustworthy seller
not a trustworthy seller. in the website they say it will arrive by tomorrow so I didn't buy from other sellers. but it is 4 days, no update from the delivery GLS at all. every day it says it will arrive by today, but still no update and when I contact the service, they replied but just copy from the delivery, no help at all. I should also give a negative 5 star to GLS as always

Bought new, received refurbished.
I bought a new accu however received a refurbished accu. Call center answered my phone 1 time then there is a voice record says this service is available at 10:00 till 15:00. However I called them at 13:30.
I returned the accu. They paid accu cost but not the shipment cost 12,5€.

Excellent service and very competitive price
I ordered a Varta battery which was delivered the next day to me in Belgium. The packaging was good so there was no damage to the battery which was very heavy.
I also spoke with a person from customer service who was very helpful and pleasant.
I definitely recommend this company.
