It did nothing for my pain. You can not cancel your subscription on their website. It just runs you in circles.

The agent that handled my situation today was very pleasant and quick to get me the answers that were needed. It is always hard to deal with customer service hoping you get to the right person that can help take care of your questions. And when the agent goes above and beyond to make sure they get everything handled it definitely makes it easier to work with that company. Agents like that are hard to come by!

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. They signed me up for a subscription without me realizing it, and I woke up at 5:00 a.m. to find that an order I did not intentionally place had already been marked as "processed."
I contacted customer service immediately to cancel the order, but they repeatedly told me it was impossible because it had already been processed. However, the order had not been packed or shipped, and this all happened outside of their normal business hours which they claim was processedat 12:55am. It could have easily been canceled before shipment.
Instead, they chose to ship the item anyway, forcing me to waste my time and pay for return shipping. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
