Easy to book and price was fine but…issue with parking as two vehicles had taken more space so ours was compromised

Easy to book and price was fine but when arrived two vehicles had taken more space up so couldn’t park in space.

Took 20 minutes on hold till someone answered call. Apologised for issue but fortunately owner of one of the vehicles arrived so freed up a space however didn’t find out what JustPark would have done to rectify the issue had this not happened.
That said would use again.

Wrong PIN provided with booking email

Wrong PIN provided with booking email. Didn't work when I arrived in the parking. The school was deserted on Saturday. Had to contact the customer care who provided a different but correct code.

Another issue was that the "PIN" turned out to be the code for the combination lock at the gate. This caused another confusion looking for a number pad.

Location itself was convenient to Etihad stadium. Navigation to parking location using Maps was easy.
