I used to love ordering from Justpacks—the team is always super friendly, and the quality used to be consistently good. Unfortunately, the current ordering and payment process has become completely ridiculous and frustrating.

Every single time you place an order, you are forced to send money to a completely different individual. My online banking is now cluttered with a random assortment of individual Polish bank accounts. When I asked about this previously, they managed to provide a direct payment link, but for some reason, they randomly stopped offering that option to me—even though they still provide it to a friend of mine who orders from them.

To make matters worse, their basic communication has completely broken down. When I place an order now, I don't even receive a basic automated confirmation email to let me know the order went through or to provide the necessary payment details.

It is a shame to see a once-great service become this unreliable and tedious to deal with.
