Excellent customer support! Really went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience.

So happy I decided to step up my cold plunge game with Jugrfit. I had a bad experience with another company prior to finding Jugrfit and the difference is night and day. I can count on their customer service team whenever I need them and fortunately I have not needed them much at all. The system is high quality and reliable. No complaints, very positive experience!

We have had a great experience with JUGRFIT so far. The tub and chiller are setup right next to our sauna and have been doing a lot of hot-cold therapy. It is a great way to start your day if you haven’t tried. The company has been very helpful with questions and reassurance in their product! Highly recommend.

I was shopping for a cold Plunge for a while before I found this. This cold one hit or exceeded every expectation I had very simple to use very modular and very efficient. It's made better than a lot of other ones I was looking at. Highly recommend this. The company is great support is great and I couldn't be happier!

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Nick and the team at JUGRFIT.

With most amazon companies after you purchase the product you don’t hear from them or even go out of business completely but they have been continually responsive and helpful time after time.

The chilled and motor itself are awesome and I keep mine at 48 degrees nearly year round.

I highly recommend them!

Nick was professional, friendly & easy to work with. He walked me thru everything I need to know about the cold plunge system (tub & chiller) & how to setup and install everything. He even sent me links to the UV light I needed & a filter. Got home and hooked everything up & found out that the surge protector that came with the system was faulty & messaged Nick about the issue & he promptly shipped out a replacement at no charge. I would have went & picked it up, but he is in Scottsdale & I live in Surprise. I would definitively recommend him to family, friends or anyone who is looking for a cold plunge system. The system is AWESOME!!!! I have everything hooked up on a timer, so I don't have to worry about turning everything off & on. Every time I go in its around 50 degrees. I added a 300 gal fish filter to the system that is also on a timer. I would highly suggest getting a timer. Makes everything worry free. Only run it a few hours twice a day and several hours at night.
