Bought a christmas gift for daughter in Italy, doesn't fit, has all receipts, labels on it. Refused o give a refund or even a voucher, forced to buy something else. Will NEVER shop here again, suggest others boycott to make them change the policy, not a problem at all in France!

I dont recommend
Did buy a jacket a few weeks ago. Today i was wearing that jacket and i was there to see if they had something new and nice. But i didn’t. So i exit the shop and the security guy and the lady at the counter ran after me to get back in the shop in the security room. They accused me for stealing the jacket. I had to proof that i did buy it last time. They did made me feel like bad in front of everyone. Had call my husband to send me the mail with the receipt. The security guy wasn’t respectfull and he only said sorry after my husband told him to! Because i only speak English they needed to call another employee that spoke English so he could translate to the security guy. It is the only shop i know that is acting like this. So be aware if you go there and a wearing cloths from there that this can happen! So lucky i had my mail to prove i did buy it. So if you dont have the receipt any more then what? They call the cops and they could arrest you for nothing. Security and the girl working there really shouldn’t accuse clients for stealing without prove. 0 stars Brussels new street
