Whatever you do don't ask to close your account after 30 emails back and forth with offers of bonuses and whatever then asked to give 5 reasons why is unbelievable. Stay clear!

1. It took 2 days for my adress to be changed in my profile because I was talking for over 1 hour with a useless support.

2. Doesn’t answer my emails about responsible gambling.

3. I had a 1.1k$ withdrawal active and while I was playing with one of their bonuses my withdrawal got declined and I spun 2 spins with the bonus money + the withdrawal. The next thing I know I suddenly have a “maximum win amount” on my own money. So I lost about 350$ for this. And of course they can’t do anything about it.

Worst casino I have EVER experienced. Would recommend 10/10 to stay away.

Extremely Poor Experience – Avoid

An unbelievably bad experience with both the platform and their customer service.

I have now been waiting two weeks for my withdrawal, and the way this has been handled is unacceptable.

After receiving no useful information, I had to proactively contact their online support myself. I then spent almost an entire hour in the chat, dealing with one of the most unhelpful and incompetent support experiences I have ever had.

Only after repeatedly pushing for an actual answer did they finally admit that there had been a problem with my withdrawal. The amount was eventually credited back to my account – essentially with the impression of: “Oops, something went wrong and nobody bothered to tell you.”

What makes the situation even worse:

Emails are consistently ignored.
Support provides little to no useful information.
Nobody proactively informs you when there is a problem with your withdrawal.
You have to chase them yourself just to find out what is happening with your own money.
After two weeks, I am still dealing with a withdrawal that should have been processed long ago.

For a platform handling customers’ money, this level of communication and support is completely unacceptable.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before depositing money here.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Would Never Recommend

I would never recommend this site or any site operating in a similar way after the experience I’ve had.

I have now been waiting 4 days for my funds to be properly credited to my account. Despite contacting customer support every day and constantly chasing them up, it took 4 days just to get the funds added — and even then, they were credited as a coin that I cannot even play with.

Now I’m being forced to wait even longer and simply hope that I will eventually be able to use the money that has already been sitting with them for 4 days.

The whole process has been an absolute nightmare. Constant delays, no proper resolution and having to repeatedly contact support just to get basic answers.

I would never recommend this site or anything operating under a similar format. Based on my experience, you risk being completely stuffed around when it comes to accessing your own money, and that is simply not good enough.

Do not accept any bonuses they offer.

I cashed in on 250 JC (JC is a reward system that builds based on how much you deposit) this awarded me 50 free spins with a bet value of $0.10 per spin and a wager of x45.

Of these 50 spins I won $0.30.. I continued to play on $0.10 spins and I won free spins again after two spins and won $19.60 of these spins! Which is great considering it was such a small bet..

I changed games and went to $1 bets where I got free spins with a balance of $15.60 on these free spins I won $188.90 taking me over $200 after two spins with my new balance all my money got taken out my account and I was left with $0.76.

After speaking with support agents they advised that the max you’re allowed to win is x10 of the original bonus win ($0.30 x 10 =$3.00) this was not mentioned in any T&Cs only that there’s a x45 wager.

So not only did they take over $200 from me but didn’t even give me the maximum of $3 that according the their “T&Cs” as I was left with less than a dollar.

It has happened to a mate of mine as well who won $700 of a bonus the casino gave him and they said he wasn’t allowed to stake over $5 a bet and took his and whole balance also but was not listed anywhere in their T&Cs.

BE CAREFUL, do not accept ANY bonuses from them.

Vip means nothing. They dont care about your loyalty or how much money you spend. They offer unlimited bonuses but if they malfunction they wont replace or compensate them when there is an issue. They make excuses about a bonus ratio but that actually shouldn't even matter when the bonuses offered are unlimited. I lost 5 bonuses and they wouldnt reissue them even though I played it and did get the money I won on 2 out the 5 but couldn't play the other 3 because it jammed the game up so nothing could be played. Im sure they did it on purpose and thats why they took forever to response and making excuses and reasons not to replace them.
Pretty rude of them to me take break and come back when I have calmed down. It has now been 72 hours which is the maximum timeframe to wait for a withdrawal to be processed. I was promised by the team once it reached this timeframe to reach out and it’d be escalated was told by my

I am a regular player at this casino. At first my experiences have been great won decent amounts and cashed out sometimes within the same day.
This time and experience however has been the opposite I received a cashback bonus and played and ended up winning close to $6000 so I requested a withdrawal a few hours lately received and email stating that it was cancelled and more then half of the balance was taken. I was never advised in the past that you can only win up to x10 amount of the cashback you receive although it was a bit of a blow I was still able to withdraw $2000 so I requested requested the withdrawal. This withdrawal request was two days ago and as I am writing this it is still sitting in a reserve status. I have reached out to support chat who just give me the same generic response have emailed my “vip manager” and it’s been a day and still no response. Really hoping that the withdrawal is processed within the mentioned timeframe of 72 hours. Quite disappointing experience overall.

The company started off great then decided to change the minimum bet on alot of my favourite games. Lately the withdrawal waiting periods have increased from one day to over 3 days this is the 5th day and withdrawal has not been actioned. Standards have dropped dramatically. This website is as phony as it gets after depositing 100's of dollars with no win and no bonus because i thought it would be automatically added like other websites they then have the nerve to chat stating that because of not verifying the account i couldnt withdraw my rightful money...so your telling me that u can happily take money but when its time to withdraw money its a problem? Please if you're reading this review avoid this website like the plague. They prey on people who have gambling addictions. They will not cashout your cashouts in timely manners. Got a no deposit bonus of 30 free spins, max win was $300. Wager was 50x, worked for hours to wager this and got up to $2000, then my balance just disappeared. I sent a message to customer service and they said the max win was $75. I am extremely disappointed with Jet4Bet Casino’s handling of my withdrawal.

I requested a $4,000 withdrawal, however the wrong BSB number was entered (the account number was correct). I immediately contacted my bank (ANZ), who confirmed that the payment would be automatically rejected and returned.

Since then:
• I have contacted Jet4Bet live chat multiple times
• Support has been minimal and unhelpful
• I have emailed Jet4Bet explaining the issue and received no response at all
• There has been no confirmation of the rejected payment or when my money will be returned

My bank has confirmed the funds cannot settle and have been rejected, yet Jet4Bet has provided no transaction status, no proof, and no clear timeline. Waiting days with no communication over $4,000 is extremely stressful and unacceptable.

All I am asking for is:
• Confirmation that the payment was rejected
• Proof of transaction status
• A clear timeframe for my funds to be returned

The lack of transparency and customer support has been very disappointing. I would not recommend Jet4Bet based on this experience
