Misrepresents toys in their website - ordered a dinosaur track with toy dinosaurs - the little dinosaurs are the size of a 5p so a definite choking hazard. If you want to return, it’s a tracked delivery to China at your own expense. Avoid if you possibly can. Ps I’ve since found all their toys are on Temu - all for £2 or £3 - another reason to avoid!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered a marble run for my grandson's birthday. Fortunately, as it didn't arrive in time, I bought him another from elsewhere, which was cheaper yet full-sized and automated! When the ones from Jackie's Toys arrived, it was late, in a battered box and so tiny it cannot have been represented accurately in the pictures.

Parcel took a very long time to arrive, quality was poor and to return it needs to go to China. I would not recommend them at all. Avoid.

Ordered an item, then straigtaway had a pop up message with a timer on it with a discount offer. I panicked and clicked on yes then to find out i had purchased the same item again! Really annoying. I emailed them straight away to explain that I didnt want 2 items. Didn't hear back for a couple of days but by then they had shipped the items (convenient). All they offered was a 20% refund on the item or me post it back to China! Will not be using again. Customer service terrible.

Bought a couple of things from here. Poor quality and bad customer service. I would look elsewhere (like Amazon) for the same things cheaper

Avoid at all costs! Cheap Chinese rubbish in appalling packaging and terrible customer service who basically refuse to deal with you. Never again - wish I read the reviews.

Do not buy. Very bad service. This company is terrible I have been trying to cancel my order for 2 days. I got an original response and then nothing. Nothing had dispatched when I first tried to cancel. But since then 1 item has dispatched. The say you can cancel for up to 30 days but this is clearly false. I've been in touch with consumer rights and they advised I contact my credit card company and say you want to use the ‘chargeback scheme’.

Bad, 2 items ordered by mistake, i immediately alerted the company with repeated emails. Used their support email everyday. 2 items arrived one box in a bit battered. Been emailing, live chatting, and direct messaging re returning the surplus item to no avail, i have been stone walled.

So far so bad. Ordered for my nephew, well in advance of his BD and nothing has shown up. I now see the reviews and realise this site is a scam. It purports to run from UK but is from Hong Kong. How can these things be allowed to continue?

This company is not a uk company athough they say jackies kids uk.The goods come from china .I ordered a childs tool kit for a 3year olds birthday.
It took ages to come because it came through customs from China
The kit was not what I expected and the tools were impossible to use.When it came it said on the box simulation tool kit which could mean anything.
I started the process of asking to send it back and get a refund but they made that very difficult.They offered a 20 percent discount if I kept it.
I was asked ro fill in an online form which was impossible
I have now decided to give up because I suspect the refund would never arrive.I would advise not to use this company as you can buy similar products and better products from real Uk enterprises.I will never use them again ever.

Very misleading, company not UK based, goods come from China. Delivery is poor, still waiting for my order after over 10 days and looks like it’s still in transit from no reply generic emails they send. Would definitely not be buy from them again.

Saw the bad reviews for this company after I had placed my order. I also wasn’t aware this company is based in China. I ordered the car food tray. I can honestly say I am pleased with my purchase as I was a bit worried. Considering the order was shipped from China, it came surprisingly quick. And was well packaged. The car food tray is really good. A great gift and something a bit different . Exactly what I was after and didn’t look cheap. So pleased with purchase. The only small thing is , the tray didn’t come with cutlery as shown on the site.

My two year old grandson loves the golf clubs and is playing with them regularly. However, we now realise that he is left handed and the clubs are right handed! Not your fault but we are having to get more which will be OK for left or right handers.
They are well made and perfect for a two year old, being lightweight.

Really cheap product , plastic flimsy and not fit for purpose . To get a refund you have to return the product back to china ! So I wouldn’t bother

I wish I checked the reviews before purchasing. Avoid this website, misleading information, horrible and rude customer service, not helpful at all. You are buying from Uk website but if you want to return you have to pay for postage to China.

Waited ages for product to arrive , when received cheap rubbish from china.

Absolute nonsense. delivery takes ages. if you request a cancelation of the order as a result, they won't cancel. if the other arrives late and you request a return slip/QR for a refund, they ask you to return to China bearing the cost despite stating 30day-money back guarantee on their website. plus unethical customer service response.
