you cant do pretty much anything without paying and they scam you with the subscriptions while theres no option to do so inside the platform so you need to email them.

Locked behind a paywall, and getting a refund and cancel is a hassle
Most of the CV building steps are locked unless you subscribe, so there’s no way to test anything first, not even a trial. I paid for the quarterly plan, downloaded two resumes and applied to one job, just to see what the premium features actually did. The result was bad, nowhere near worth the price, it doesn't update even when the software says it does, the AI doesn´t take in count most of my comments, the scores don´t update even after applying everything.
I asked for a refund within the 7-day window. Their answer was that a refund is “not normally available” because I had downloaded my CVs. Which is the only way to try the product after paying. Then they told me to book a 15-minute call so they could “see if” they’d give me my money back, no guarantee. And the call times they offer are at hours that make no sense for me (I’m in Peru). They say they’re a worldwide platform, but it clearly doesn’t work like that for anyone outside their time zone.
I also couldn’t find any way to cancel the subscription inside the platform. Judging by the other reviews here, I’m about to go through the same long process of emails and back and forth just to get my money back and cancel, so I’ll update this review once I see how it ends.
Really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.
