I purchased the software and it did not unlock any of my several phones. I tried reaching out to there customer service via email with no reply. Product stinks, dont purchase.

Bought the subscription for a month to remove my old google account off my Samsung A32. but did not work at all. Sent the company an email to ask what's going why its not working and they said there's a problem with something and they are working on it to fix it. I believed them until I saw this reviews where people are saying they are struggling with the exact same problem for months now. So I probably just wasted my money on an software that does not work at all.

I downloaded this it shows try for free..... So how exactly? It just shows options to click on and it gives instructions on how to do things but no option to do anything so does this mean we have to pay the $14.95 first even though it says try for free ?

It kept telling me that my phone has been reset to factory setting yet actually not

It really did work, I was shocked Did it FRP unlock and a factory reset no time flat and then I am back in my phone I've tried many others He never wasn't this easy

I needed to remove a Google lock on a Samsung tablet and researched ways I could do this. Using a Samsung approved support centre seemed expensive so I tried SamFW which didn’t work for me. Then I turned to UnlockGo for Android and initially could not install. Email support resolved this and I was able to unlock the tablet. So the product worked and the support was prompt and reliable

I was completely stuck with the FRP lock on my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G (SM-G991U, Android 15, Security Level: Bit J/Binary 19), and nothing seemed to work until I stumbled upon iToolab. Note for future buyers: Make sure you know your exact phone model and build number beforehand to check compatibility so you know exactly what you are signing up for!
