I was about to give Tempur Italy a 4 star rating only because of the below described order issue, but the quality of the bed and the way the company was dealing with the issue made me reconsider, and I decided to give 5 well deserved stars. I have never slept on a more comfortable bed.
I ordered online on the Italian Tempur website on 1 February, and 2 months later on 10 April I wondered why I had not received the bed (or anything else but an initial order confirmation). I emailed the company and it turned out my order was lost because of a technical issue. I was promised the bed by end of May together with two pillows as compensation. The bed arrived indeed and the pillows are a dream. On my previous bed I woke up at night several times, on this Tempur bed I don't - it really makes you sleep better!

The product is good but their communication regarding shipments is quite frustrating.
Tempur often fails to send out dispatch notifications. I only found out a package had arrived because my forwarder notified me, and now I have to contact customer service just to figure out which order it belongs to.
This is not the first time this has happened. While the products are 5-star, the logistics communication is lacking. I hope Tempur Italy can automate their shipping alerts to ensure customers are kept in the loop.

Customer service reply to me that they will dispatch the correct goods after the reopening of their warehouse in January.

The web shop is simple to use. Yet due to unknown reason, the goods sometimes were not available but will be available after few minutes using another device to enter the shop.

Wrong product delivered, slow CS response, refuse to refund / replace with the correct product because I am not located in Italy

The feature and spec of each type of the pillows is very clear on the website, so I can easily pick my favorite one. And the shipping process is efficient, yet I would like to have the tracking number to follow the shipping condition.
