Anyone using Ironfx is at his own risk they are scam and have agents urging people to sign up in their plat form they stole my 27+K dollars just like that i have complained and cried to no avail. I funded their 100% account number 26093855 with USD 255 on January 12th 2026 and the account came to USD 510 with which i traded with and made a profit of USD 30k+ and i place first withdraw of USD 1,200 on21st January 2026 which was approved that was when my account was at USD10k+ and another internal withdraw within Ironfx which is USD300 that was when my account was at USD 12,000+ then when my account reached USD 30,000 they sized the whole money on restriction

I thought their website had disappeared, but it had only changed.
Their website has disappeared* and they never answer the phone, or emails. I have around £7000 in an account, which looks like I have lost?

I found another phone number , and got through , they apologised that the old website has issues, and they have a new site, ironfx.uk
This site is all ok, and I have placed a withdrawal request.

I'm pleased to say that I received my first withdrawal from my account this morning.
So, overall the issue is resolved.
It would seem that it was just unfortunate timing that I wanted my money the same week that they had website issues, although this all could have been avoided if they had let their clients know about the change of website, and the change of their support emails.

IronFX scam they don’t pay profits
My honest warning to all traders: STAY AWAY from IronFX.
I deposited funds, traded in good faith, and made a legitimate profit. When I requested to withdraw my $4,944, they suddenly accused me of violating their vague "Hedge" clause—something I never engaged in. They provided no specific evidence, ignored all my proof, and refused to pay me.
This is clearly a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out winnings. Their customer support was useless—repeating scripted responses and stonewalling every attempt to resolve this.

Deposit Taken After Profit Adjustment
IronFX closed my account and removed my deposit balance of $1,250 after adjusting profits. This was my own deposited money, not profit or bonus funds.
I asked them to clearly explain why my deposit was taken and to investigate the matter properly, but they refused to provide a transparent answer or return my funds. Their response has been final without addressing my main concern.
I only want my original deposit returned.

I used this broker for like 2 years
I used this broker for like 2 years, never had issues and everything seemed to be perfect until yesterday.
I opened 3 positions in gold, 2 with 0.1 lots and one with 0.2 lots and i was thinking to let them ride until they get in profit.
Then at 11 pm i got a heartattack, they charged me 430 euro swap fees 430!!!!!!

-1 point. A case of a $6,150 loss
IronFX opened an office in the center of Budapest and advertised a Forex trading course, which I attended. At the end of the course, participants were encouraged to open a trading account with the company and practice with real money.
I opened an account and deposited $6,150.
Later, serious negative reports about the company appeared, so I requested a withdrawal of my funds. The withdrawal was never processed. I contacted the company many times by email, phone, and even by traditional mail, but I received no meaningful answer. After some time, they stopped responding completely.
There were no trades made on my account. The only transaction was my deposit. Therefore, I have never received any explanation why my own funds were not returned to me.
In my opinion, my money was wrongfully withheld, and this caused me a loss of $6,150.

Unfair Accusations and Complete Loss of Trust

I am giving IronFX a 0-star rating because my experience with this broker has been extremely disappointing. I traded in good faith and followed the platform’s rules, yet my profits were later challenged based on allegations of “price latency.” I strongly dispute these accusations, as I did not use any fraudulent methods, software, or market manipulation techniques.
Instead of receiving clear and transparent explanations supported by convincing evidence, I felt that I was being unfairly blamed for activities that I did not commit. This situation has completely destroyed my trust in IronFX and in the way my account has been handled.
I believe that my case has not been treated fairly and that the level of transparency and customer service provided has fallen far below what should be expected from a regulated broker. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I am currently considering and preparing formal complaints with the relevant international regulatory and consumer protection authorities so that my case can be independently reviewed.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend IronFX and I am deeply dissatisfied with the way this situation has been managed.

TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS WRITTEN.. THIS IS A SCAM BROKER
This broker is a big scam!!! All the reviews are right...
I deposited 78$ got it to 137$ then 180$ then lost most of it to 31$ and withdrew.. received it in 30 minutes..
Then I deposited 385$ traded winning and losing for 2 or 3 days.. requested a withdrawal of 835$ while I had an extra 1k in the account from trading.. the agent who was running a group who reffered me told me it was the weekend "all I had to was simply withdraw and wait" soon as Monday came the same person who randomly reffered me said goodmorning asked if I was withdrawing.. I told them I was nervous because the withdrawal still hasn't been approved like the first one for 31$.. it then was rejected and they claimed the account was flagged for trading to much for a new account... Now I can't get a hold of any customer service person and I have lost even the deposit of 385$.. I have all photos of the account and the withdrawal accepted and the second one denied... As soon as you trade and earn decent amounts they stop your withdrawal.. account number 8834026
Update: i still have not been able to trade or withdraw since they altered my account.. a new "group" appeared via Whatsapp and the agent from the group told me to make a new account that the account I'm speaking of now can't be used anymore..the account with the i.d. approved and over 4k in it there saying to forget about.. IronFX (Notesco BVI) changed my leverage from 1:2000 to 1:100 with NO notice while I had open positions, deliberately trying to force a margin call because I was highly profitable. When I complained, their Legal Department tried to gag me with a 'Settlement Agreement' offering a fake 200 EUR credit in exchange for a 50,000 USD non-disparagement penalty! profit removed without explanation
Title: They took my profit and wont explain why
I opened acct 23215615, deposited my own money, and traded manualy using real analysis. No bots.
My balance growed to over $13,600 after oil prices dropped just like I predicted.
Then IronFX investigated my account and removed $11,290.15 of my profit.
They said "market manipulation" but never gave me one specific trade or any proof. Just kept repeating decision is final.
The Anguilla Financial Services Commission (regulator of the company in my contract) put out an official Investor Alert saying Notesco Int Limited (IronFX) is NOT licenced to offer these exact trading instruments.
ForexPeaceArmy already blacklisted IronFX as a SCAM with over 245 similar reviews.
I now have open cases with the UK Financial Ombudsman (ref PNX-6015896-W3Y9) and Cyprus Financial Ombudsman.
Im just a retail trader stating facts. Not a lawyer. Check the links below before you deposit.
