I needed my dash cam fitted. And iFit Aoto did just that for me. I was happy with the services provided by the engineer. He was polite and helpful.

I needed a dashcam fitted to a new EV car. I wanted a proffessional fit and experience. I researched the east coast and really struggled to find anywhere. Luckily I found excellent reviews of iFit Auto and called to find that even though based on the west coast they were able to fit here in Dundee. I took the car to Jay who was super efficient at explaining the best type of camera to meet my needs. He then ran through in detail where the cameras would be fixed. How the cables would run. How the system would work. The fit took 2 hours. The cameras fitted are pretty much what I would pay via Amazon Prime but without the proffessional fitting experience. After the fit, Jay got me to download the app and helped to set up settings and give me an overview of the app and how to use it. He gave me a contact card and told me to contact him if there was any questions. The whole experience was thorough, caring and proffessional. I now have a front and rear camera which will now record any mishaps and ensure that I now have the peace of mind through my insurance. Let's face it, if you can avoid the excess when you have the evidence its going to save you £'s in the long run. Thanks Jay! You are a credit to your proffession and put the customer first!

First Class Service.
I visited iFit Auto several years ago, having had a previous Dashcam badly installed at a local high street retailer. Jay expertly reinstalled it for me so I had no hesitation in returning after purchasing a new vehicle. Jay was excellent and explained the updated camera to me, the time expected and cost to install. The booking in process was sleek with e-mail and text reminders sent to my phone. The front and rear cameras were installed expertly in less time than quoted and Jay then patiently demonstrated the camera and helped me to download the App on my phone to use at home.
A totally stress free procedure with superb service from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and iFit Auto for Dashcam installation.

Used iFit for refit of blackvue dash cam and additional battery back up and ghost immobiliser install this time, cannot recommend them enough, everything is explained fully and you are given time to ask any questions or queries when it is being demonstrate to you after install.

Just had a camera my wife gave me for my birthday fitted by iFit- perfect service from start to finish and an excellent job.

Brilliant dash cam installation on our RANGE ROVER AUTOBIOGRAPHY from start to finish Jay was very more than helpful even after installation explaining the tech side.

Website very clear and easy to use to schedule an appointment. Easily found workshop not too far off the motorway. Near rail station if ypu want to head off or a good sofa and help yourself tea & coffee waiting area if you just want to read a book and wait as I did.

Fitting took slightly longer than expected as the 24 model of my car had intrroduced an unusual wiring feature but that's exactly when you need someone who knows what they're doing and has seen it all before. Jay kept me well updated and clearly explained/demonstrated the issue, ensuring the installation - which looks incredibly neat with almost no visible wiring - was properly tested before handing the car back.

A month down the line and everything is working well.

No hesitation in recommending.
