When I tried to pay for my product (digital download), I got a message my payment had been blocked. I tried again, but this resulted in the funds being deducted twice from my bank account. I’ve had the merchandise, but no refund for the excess incurred, despite submitting a ticket and follow up.

I would pay credit card, but no way do I give SS#

FRAUDULENT SITE - BUYER BEWARE
I ordered the first season of Goliath, completed the purchase, my credit card was charged and I waited for the confirmation of shipping... and I waited, and waited and waited. Then I reached out to see when my order will be shipped, only to be told a nonsense story that he had issues with his payment processor at the time of my order, apparently emailed me to see if I still wanted the order (he did not email me), and then told me that he cancelled the order and I was never charged, so no refund.
Unbelieveable! I can't believe I got scammed by this crook. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST!

I placed an order in February 2026! Still not received or heard anything from them even though I have chased several times over the months since ordering.
They give me a reference no. but I hear nothing!
They of course have taken the money!
Would just like my money back now!!

Ordered on May 10 with an estimated delivery time of 3 days. The order has remained in "Processing" status for weeks. I opened a support ticket and sent follow-up messages but never received a response, despite the website stating that tickets are answered within 24–48 hours. As of June 4, I still have no explanation for the delay or status of the order.

Update: After posting this review, iOffer Movies responded to both my review and support ticket. They explained that they were experiencing issues with their payment provider and that my card was never charged.

I appreciate the clarification. My main frustration was the lack of communication, as I had submitted multiple support requests and did not receive a response for several weeks despite the stated response times. I'm glad to now have an explanation, and I hope communication can be improved in the future.

I have had amazing service from iOffer-Movies over many years.
I have, however, put through 3 queries on their website contact forms since 22nd April 2026 and have not heard anything back? Have they closed down? I am very sad as this company provided a great service and I don't know how else to get hold of them? Trish

I placed my order on March 21, 2026, as of right now, May 22,2026 I haven't received my order, nor have they responded to ANY of my attempts to contact them. I started a "TICKET" through their customer service link and it's all bull. I can only assume they are rip-off artists with no intention of doing anything but stealing your money.

No delivery, no contact. Avoid.

Edit: TrustPilot reached out, saying that Ioffer Movies wanted more information about my experience. So they respond to the Trust Pilot review within a few hours, yet ignored an order for a week and a support ticket for days.

Good to see their priorities. Again, avoid these people.

Still not have received my digital order or any update or contact and has been over a week now. Very suspicious .

The 2 series I ordered were great. I recommend this site for TV series that cannot be found anywhere else.

The title I ordered arrived timely and in good condition and continues to play well to date. Will consider offer-movies.com for titles in the future. Thank you. -S

I bought a copy of bright will smith hard to get a copy great value for what I paided for it postage very reasonable considering we're it came from.the film it self really enjoyed it also never seen anything like it would definitely reckonmend watching the sound track brillant. .wi definitely buy from this seller again .sound and picture excellent

Customer service was excellent. I searched for a PBS program that was difficult to find. Ioffer Movies had the disks, and responded right away and had great pricing. Shipping time was reasonable, and the disks arrived in good condition and I have been watching them. A positive experience, and I would buy from this seller again!

The selection is amazing and Mike is very quick and helpful with responses.

Order arrived well before promised. I find great foreign shows found nowhere else.
