Despite paying for next day delivery - first attempt didn't arrive as package was apparently "damaged"so returned to printers. Spoke to advisor who arranged a replacement guaranteed to be delivered before noon the following day (today). Guess what? Driver "missed" me so package won't arrive today. Spoke to Instaprint CS wgo said they can never guarantee delivery date and i must have misunderstood...! In which case, why did I pay extra for next day delivery?!?! Absolute clowns. Won't be using ever again.

I emailed Instantprint regarding a slight issue with the printing quality of a recent order. I received a response within 15 minutes. Aleah was so kind and helpful, acknowledging the issue and immediately booking in a reprint. I understand this is a common issue with digital printing and they handled it very professionally. I have received excellent service from Instantprint from start to finish and would definitely recommend their services.

I cannot thank Instantprint enough.

When an order for our dad’s funeral order of services wasn't satisfactory, Charlotte D prioritised and rectified the situation swiftly with empathy, compassion and professionalism.
In an age where most companies are now opting for AI Bots to handle the service element of their business, Instantprint have human customer service call operators who are all polite, professional and friendly.
I made several calls for support over the last few days and everyone that I spoke to was unscripted, personable, and helpful.
When I was promised a call back, I received a call back. As a customer, I felt 'seen' and I trusted that the team were all doing their very best to look after me.
Whoever is responsibility for service training at Instantprint, should be commended.

Hannah, Becky and Aleah handled my query with professionalism, care and prompt communication throughout. The matter was properly investigated and brought to a satisfactory resolution. I particularly appreciated how courteous and responsive everyone was at each stage. Excellent customer service, and I would be happy to use the company again.

The print quality was excellent, the artwork team was very helpful and patient. Aleah was also extremely helpful.

Absolutely shocked and appalled at Instantprints customer service today. Specifically Aleah

I have been ordering flyers, stickers and other materials for one of my companies from Instant print for years now.

On this occasion I re-ordered stickers that I have ordered from them several times before. Unfortunately this time the stickers arrived a completely different colour to what I usually receive. The same artwork was used as all previous orders.

I emailed to let them know about the print error and asked if they would be able to reprint them in the correct colour.

Aleah refused my request and tried to palm me off with some excuses explaining to me that even though the artwork provided was the same as all previous orders that because they had to covert the colours from RGB to CMYK that this is the reason why they arrived teal instead of sage green this time. Despite all previous orders arriving correctly.

Instead of accepting that there was a print error they would rather loose a frequent customer.

I've not dealt with Aleah before and I will likely never again as I will no longer use them for any print jobs going forward if this is their attitude when they get things wrong!

Insulting emails from Aleah completely disregarding the obvious print error offering me a 15% discount rather than fixing the issue with a re-print.

A good, useable website for uploading items for printing, and good items that arrived when expected. When my dog ate one of the deliveries as it arrived through the letterbox, I tried to reorder on the 'phone, and they kindly provided my a voucher code, though the dog incident was definitely my problem, not theirs. Grateful, and would certainly use them again.

I had an urgent print request and Millie helped set things up for a quick and effective turnaround which was greatly appreciated.

Though I had an issue with my order, Aleah was incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuinely wanted to resolve the matter. Fingers crossed, if I have an issue next time (hopefully I don't), I will be helped by Aleah as they made the process so smooth

Jordan was absolutely incredible, highly professional service who met all my needs promptly. This is the first time I have used instant print and I will definitely be using them again. I have spoken with many companies and this is by far the best- quick turnaround, professional and understanding.

We ordered 500 colour A5 leaflets and they were delivered in less than a week. Great quality, great price - Impressive !! These guys are going to get all of our print business!

I had an issue with a faulty package, but Instantprint handled it really well and arranged a replacement/reprint free of charge. The whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free.

Easy to place an order. The printed items match or exceed edmy expectations, and were delivered in a short time. The oprice seemed pretty good too. I'd re-order.

Ordered stickers that I’d ordered before. Same artwork. Larger quantity. Colours wrong and image warped. Took them nearly a week to respond - after which they offered me 15% off another order. Second time I’ve had issues with this lot and I use many printers across different businesses. Avoid because resolution is non-existent and they simply appear not to care.

Update: they are now sending nonsense AI responses that don’t make sense to legitimate questions. And offering 15% off a reprint but can’t confirm the quality will be appropriate is really not on.
